Good golly...
Went to TSC for one item and it said they have 13 on hand and even could get same day pickup. I called ahead to confirm it was there only for the worker to say "if it says we have it then it's here..." . I show up and of course it's not on the shelf... We check the associates proprietary scanner tool and it also say 13 on hand... Now being met with our inventory must be off... Jesus

NEVER place an online pickup order here. Absolutely hell, we did THREE SEPERATE times and each time the store didn't fulfill it without fighting this manager, when we came in the manager was beyond rude. Even with showing our receipts we were told that there was nothing in their system. Tell me why when we asked this manager for a refund she was happy to help....... Lady is straight insane. We got our order each time after having to battle this woman as if we were trying to steal or something.. Never in my life. It's not hard to make a call and fix an issue, apparently some people enjoy being narcissistic to the public.

Jeff was great and took care of any issues we had. The customer service is always top notch and is why we drive an hour one way to do business here.

Walked in not knowing which direction to go for electric scrapper. Then not even a minute a really nice guy came and asked me if I needed help, l said definitely, told him what I was looking for. He said they didn't have them in the store they were on their Web site. He went to his computer looked it up asked me my info an " poof "my order was done . And so was i. Next time I go there I will spend some more time looking around. He was helpful, professional, nice and he knows what he is talking about. Excellent service

We go to the one on 6th st and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. We are there at least once a week getting feed, and one of the time's a younger man that was working and noticed I was having trouble getting the 8 feed bags due to a bad shoulder. He offered to help me get the rest of what I needed and then pushed the cart to my car and even loaded all the bags for me.

They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices! The staff are just wonderful to deal with! They are the biggest reason I keep coming back! Highly suggest everyone to check it out!! If you don't live on the Southwest side of cedar rapids It's a little out of the way but definitely worth the trip.
