They were very knowledgeable about the problems and noise our car was making, fast at getting it done ,loaned us a car till ours was done which was a nice touch beings we didn't have an extra vehicle or someone to pick us up. “Hands down one of the best, experiences I’ve have had taking a vehicle anywhere! I called ahead with some concerns I had about my Box truck. I explained that I had just got it back from another shop and that I didn’t feel like my concerns had been addressed and what I needed was an honest inspection. He explained that not only did they do that, but they would photograph the inspection as well to prevent any confusion. If you’re willing to take this extra step for the customer that’s a bonus to me. After getting my full inspection back I indeed had some issues and my concerns were real and now I have to question any and all work done by the previous shop. After going over everything, we established a list to check off over time. Let’s be honest owning a vehicle requires maintenance over time and as a customer you want an honest experience and honest work for the hard earned money you spend. I definitely didn’t have to question any and all work done at Ramsey Repair the proof is in the photos.”

“My car was having trouble starting, and after two visits to the dealership in two weeks, they still couldn’t find the problem or pull any codes. Even another shop was able to pull a code 2 days later, but I was advised to go back to the dealer.
I came across All Tune and Lube. My car wouldn’t turn over, and warning lights came on. I worked with Caleb, who suspected it might be related to a recalled part. Caleb went above and beyond personally contacting the dealership on my behalf, provided them with all the information they needed, and helped advocate for me to get the issue properly diagnosed.

“Good experience here getting my BMW aligned. Many places in town won't even align BMWs due to their needing to be weighted which most shops aren't equipped for. I asked them if they would align it if I weighted it myself and they said no problem. I gave them custom specifications to account for some non-stock components and they algined it well.
