I took my car in for an oil change. My car was running PERFECTLY fine when I went in. ZERO ISSUES. I have a Range Rover. Eugene Harper, the manager, came back and said the drivers side control arm was bad and its not safe to drive. This is a very long story which I have documented very well. Happy to share! They had my car for more than 7 weeks. I was stuck in Cedar Rapids for that time, I do not live here. I had to get rentals from the airport each week to get to work, as I travel for work. They replaced 5 control arms. Caught a boot on fire trying to heat something else. They then stated they had to replace the CV axle, then they thought they should replace the front brakes because they could have been damaged while trying to repair the other things. They repeatedly were given the wrong parts (per an employee) that they kept installing. They did many alignments. On test drives, my car would shake while driving and pull at acceleration. It was an awful experience. Very emotional and stressful. Eugene was fired less than a week after leaving my car there. The new manager, Jeremy told us he was personally having to pay for the repairs to my car out of his own paycheck. I was treated poorly as if I was a problem. I called corporate with no return call. I literally went in for an oil change, if the control arm was ever truly even broken, will always remain an unknown. It was like a domino effect, every day/week they would have to replace one thing because of something they did to cause more damage. When they finally got my car back there was a slight squeak, they said it should go away and to bring it back if not. I didn't turst them to take my car back to them. Now, they did not charge me at all for any of the mess they made. My car has continued to have issues. I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs and rental cars. Right now I have it in a shop for the second set of rotors which they cannot figure out why they are warping. I basically have a car that I owe 2 more years on and nobody can figure out the things. My car was perfect before I took it there. I did call the regional manager, he was unwilling to work with me. He was rude. He said they spent alot of time and money on the car and they would not be involved. Yes time and money that they caused. I will be pursing legal action at this time.

Great place. Inspections are free, any work that needs done is a fair price. They do have appointments but also take walk-ins. Recommend!

This location's team genuinely demonstrated literally all of their core values wonderfully in just one visit. The all around experience was great because I'll definitely be better about bringing my car in for regular services now that I know it's all being well taken care of; in fact, better than that, the mechanic treated my old, abused car like it was a high end luxury vehicle, (which tbh... kinda made me feel uncomfortably guilty about not appreciating my car enough ? ?)

This business uses deceptive practices. Without notification they refused to accept a check as payment and would not release my car to me so I could go to the bank for cash. I never have a $1000 in cash on my person so my daughter had to leave her work to come and pay with a credit card.
AFTER my complaint, they posted a note saying they do not take checks.
Under no circumstances would I do business with these people again.

Our experience here was great. They knew exactly what the problem was. Some other stores did not have a clue what they were doing but here, they got to the problem as soon as they looked at it.
