My grandson and I make a trip here almost every Saturday. All of the employees and the owner treat him like a real customer. I say it this way because he is only 6-years old. They chat with him, and I can tell he really appreciates it. I personally know nothing about this stuff, so I REALLY appreciate each of them.

one of the few game shops i visit ever! i always feel comfortable here, which i feel like is kinda rare as a woman sometimes in the gaming space. i like that the employees are always trying to share what they are into with me, but they arent overbearing, they let me come to them, they dont follow me around and bombard me with questions, if i need help i ask (take notes), they always treat my girlfriend and i like old friends. everything ive gotten here has been in amazing condition. i cant understand the rude and disrespectful reviews, criticism is one thing, but disrespect is another. please be kind. if you have nothing nice to say dont say it at all. and if you’re in the area stop by, youll find the shop welcoming, and the staff kind.

Found a bunch of cool things I never would have expected to find walking in to the store! Isaac was awesome and very helpful! I will be back soon. Definitely recommend checking out the new store in the mall!

Visited today for the first time since their move, and am excited to see the store set up and evolve over time!
Attended for a Pokémon local and had a great time, excited to come back for more!
Staff was very friendly and welcoming!

Place is garbage. Took a client who loves video games as do myself. Rude lots of things not priced or organized. My client took 1.99 dvd up and before he could pay another dude said that’s 9.99. The prices are beyond over priced and the whole place was. Rip off don’t bother. Video games etc. better options. We bought the DVD regardless because he has autism. But to just pull a higher price out of the air is appalling. clean your filthy store and cases it’s gross to touch things sticky and dirty. Don’t do business here.

Turtle Power has been a wonderful place for geeks (like myself) to go for collecting, nostalgia, epic geek conversation, and fun. Isaac and his crew have done well keeping the business going strong. They’re a blessing to have in the community. Now, we need some arcade competitions. Thanks!!!

Gotta say i am a dumbass for doing no research. Bought 2 cards did not look them up(on me for that). 25$ for maybe 1.50 in cards. I get needing to make a buck but charging 200% is retarded (kinda like their staff). Don't go here go to VGE across the street better offer better price. Or just go to First Turn Games for all your gaming needs.

The store owner Isaac is very nice and gave me a huge discount on a few items I bought and I recommend this store for any body looking to save and for retro items.

The staff was rude and went right past me to my husband on the other side. They asked him what he was looking for and ignored me. We went in the store for things I was interested In. I know this place is very Man only but the staff sucked. The games and merchandise are overpriced and damaged.
Was a waste of time honestly.
Now I get why gamers get a bad wrap,it's these guys.

Great customer service lots of options for lots of hobbies. The owner is very nice and very helpful and can help you with information anout anything in that store or along the subject of what he has in the store. If he doesnt have it right away he will set stuff aside knowing that you are looking for those apecific things and will let you know as soon as you get there. Awesome store with awesome people.

Over priced! The employees have joked about how they buy things for nothing and up sell them. “Not allowed to read the manga and comics” such a waste of time. We don’t have many good comic stores up here, and this is just another bust. The employees are mostly stuck up too, and I heard the owner doesn’t pay them all the time
