Bad experience!!! I went for a balayage and the girl told me that she could get those results in 2 sessions (because I have black hair) and it would only be one payment!!After 2 weeks I came back and there was practically not much change, and she charged me again!! But not enough, she told me “please come back we almost have it”Never coming back!!!1st pic: 1st appointment2nd pic: what I actually have3rd pic: the tones I wanted (I wanted the blond till the line)

This was the MOST fun and helpful TEAM! Fable did my & my sister's brows (color & wax), and she was just a fun, fun JOY! I regret forgetting the name of the very knowledgeble and friendly greeter who knew exactly where to find, recommend, and test product colors on me. Two others gave me samples, everyone smiled! Such a positive, happy environment! The beautiful, intelligent woman who checked me out, speaks five languages! I highly recommend this location; take your friends! Fun experience!

Most of the people that work there are really nice but there are some management level things that could really be improved.Please don't put signs out on things saying they are on sale when the sale is a week away, most people don't notice the small print and I wasted time reading reviews on something that I would not had purchased if I had known it really wasn't on sale.If you are going to advertise that you get a free gift with purchase, make sure you have the gift on hand or take the signs down..... Literally this happens about 70% of the time.

I stopped into ulta today to pick up some items and I noticed they had a lot of sales/buy this get free gift on things I use or wanted to try. Normally I don't spend as much in one trip but because of this I put a lot of stuff in my basket. When I got to check out some of the items rang up higher then the sale signs and I was told it was because they put the wrong signs up for certain products and keep forgetting to take them down and I won't be able to get those prices. (Today is a holiday and a lot of the sales we're on the sales because of the holiday but I didn't say anything it's not the end of the world no big deal just a little bummed) and a lot of the free gifts they were out of. (Again no big deal) I had mentioned that I still wanted the items I bought but they should maybe change the signs or fix the ones since I noticed a lot of other people in the store were getting some of the same stuff as me and they might be disappointed/upset that they aren't getting advertised prices/free gifts and they shoved it off. One of my friends that had also been shopping with me had mentioned to me in the car that she had asked an employee about a product she uses and was wondering if they carried it at this location as another ulta she goes to carries it and the person told her "Well we're not that other location you can go somewhere else if you want it." And when she tried to ask for a recommendation of something that might be similar she walked away and wouldn't help her. Because of that my friend didn't buy anything and doesn't want to come back. I don't really like leaving negative reviews but I think this location needs to work on helping customers so they can make more sales and if you forgot to change out signs then see what else you could offer to that customer so they would want to come back.

I had an eyebrow wax at 5:40 I got there at 5:20, one of the ladies up front got me all checked in and the person who does the waxing was helping someone and then 5:30 rolls around and she agrees to do a wax for them. I stood around for a while and then she started teaching them how to fill in their eyebrows. At this point it is 5:55 and i was getting irritated because she saw me walking around and the lady up front told her i was there. 5:58 she gets done and I walk up and tel her I had an appointment at 5:40 and she looks at me and says “Im off in 2 minutes Im doing to a wax” When the person before me asked if she could squeeze her in quick. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Disappointed. This location found out the Tree Hut Strawberry scrub was on sale for 1 dollar and the employees took them all! I asked can I at least buy 1 and NOBODY was Williston give up there’s. IM A CUSTOMER! Technically if I wanted to buy them all, AS A CUSTOMER I get them first, NOT THE EMPLOYEE! I shop here often. I actually come to this one instead of the one closer to me because they have a bigger sales section. Very disappointed.
