Nina...the front desk clerk. Has got to be the most unpleasant, rudest person I have met...next time you are here...make sure it's in and out. ...the covid security at the door has more of a professional manner

Dont go here if you don't have to. These people are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. The front staff need an attitude adjustment. I had to.come here for workman's comp I would have rather paid out of pocket and been treated better.

If you hold a CDL do not go here, they are not in your best interest. They have a bad reputation.. it's sad when the trucking school advises you not to go to work well. Go to Jc cooper.... and the nurse or med aide that lied, dude go bk to school... you can not tell a pt they cannot have copies of medical record you f****** kidding me. -5 you all need lessons in compassion and PHI/HIPPA.

One of the women at the front desk was completely rude! I hope I never have to come here again. She had a mean attitude from the minute she spoke to me and my husband like we were 5 and did not understand what she was saying.I could tell right away she was being racist.

It’s always nice when you’re the only one in the waiting room and you’re holding a full bladder for a drug screen. Sit there for a half hour before being called back with no one else in the waiting room. I arrived five minutes after they open if not sooner. I watch the receptionist and the nurse talk about dogs and look at her phone. I watch the security guard chitchat with a doctor. Finally the nurse who came and got me for my drug screen was more than unpleasant. Don’t try to strike up any conversations. Next time I will happily make the trip to Hiawatha and go to CJ CooperNow they are trying to bully me into calling them pffft

*Warning* I am very angry with the exam Dr. Matthew did on me in St. Lukes hospital. His decision to do my TBI exam on the day the Derecho hit Cedar Rapids on 10/10/2020 was a horrible mistake. The hospital sustained $400,000 damage and had no power, but he did my exam anyway, badly!!! These VA paid doctors have a conflict of interest. They get rewarded for screwing up exams on a regular basis. Many veterans lives are lost because of exams like this and I will not stand by and watch. He failed to list a single residual I have from a brain injury. I gave him everything I was suffering from and he failed as a doctor to list even a single one. Fast forward 2 years to present time I have been having seizures and broke 6 teeth because of the seizures. With no insurance because of his exam, I have paid 5k out of pocket to fix my teeth his exam should have provided. And the pain from broken teeth is horrible & no person should have to do it. He provided absolutely no rational for his decision., but accepted his money from the VA to give me a exam that has ruined my life. I have more than 3000 explosions/blast concussions in my record and he did not list anything, or probably even read it. * Absolutely pathetic at any level of care, yet alone St. Luke's. Thanks Dr. Matthew for not fixing your exam or even aknowledging you did anything wrong. I will remove this when you fix the problem. Or if someone reading this wants to sue him for malpractice, contact me, I want to take this as far as possible if he don't make it right. ** All VA people beware of this doctor and record everything at your apt.

This physical location has been temporarily closed and is still closed as of 8/9. There is no indication of this on their website, nor did my employer know about it when I was instructed to come here.

Had to get a UA. Called and they charged me $60 for a dot drug screen. Very reasonable compared to other places. Staff is super friendly and always has a great attitude. Chris who did my UA was fast and friendly and professional. Overall great place to go. Definitely recommend.

I went in for dot physical/ was a month before dr signed it and sent it back to the me, response when I called 3 TIMES was with Covid they aren't enforcing until after the first of the 1st of the year. This should not happen and they need to be timely, I'm sure they didn't wait a month to bill my company.
