I only go to this store because it’s closest. The staff always is gloomy, sad, they don’t want to be there, etc. It’s depressing going there. You always have to stand in line., and they don’t even acknowledge your presence. It would be nice to have a kiosk for customers to self scan Amazon packages that don’t need anything else, and a drop and go counter for prepaid labels. UPS you can do better

This store is absolutely the worst store I have ever been in and I mean all the the stores I have ever been in. The staff are the rudest people I have ever met they hate the customers and they are belligerent. All I had to do is drop off pre labeled boxes so they can be shipped. There were at least ten people in line and I had to get to another appointment. I went to where we have dropped before and the person repeatedly told me I need to wait in line and not drop them off. I explained that I don't need a receipt and just need to drop and go and they wouldn't let me. I took the boxes to Pack Mail and they are always happy to help and why I didn't go there in the first place I don't know. This is not the first time I have been in the UPS store and every time it is a horrible experience. It was my fault I thought something would change. UPS pull their franchise!!!! ONE star because they made me give them that. Post note I was told by a friend that know him it was the owner who was the one who was the subject of this visit.

The guy was probably just having a bad morning, but I wouldn't talk to a dog in that tone of voice. Left with a bad feeling about using this store. Seemed like the employee wanted a confrontation and he nearly got it. Life is hard enough without being brow beaten by the counter help. This store has closed before due to employee problems, I would suggest getting a handle on the situation before they all walk again.

I was about ready to leave a review about the bald management guy who refuses to take packages that Clearly say no box required, but I see a few other people complaining about it just today. Same exact thing you coming with a label and the UPC symbol on your phone and he tries to tell you you need a box, even when the label flat out says you do not need a box or packing material.
It's sad to see the same guy has done this to so many people. Maybe he's upholding a policy that everyone else isn't but why is it I can just drive down the road and get the same thing done?
That's exactly what I did I just went to the other UPS on my way down to Iowa City.
So either this guy needs fired or they need to straighten out their policies across the board.

The bald older guy is always trying to refuse people's Amazon's returns whatever excuse he can come up with. It's usually that the return says that it needs a box, even though the Amazon return clearly says on the return code no box needed.
If you come back when he's not there they'll take it just fine.
He has done this at least three different times and this is my first review.
If you call Amazon they will clearly tell you again that you need No Label nor box.
If you call other UPS stores directly they will say no boxes needed nor labels.

I called earlier this week to see what it would cost for a return shipping label. I was told it would depend on the size of the package. I was asked for the dimensions and when I gave them I was told $19.99 was starting price and that it would likely be less from how small the item is and would be more around $17. I was told they’d have to weigh it when I brought it in (not sure why I’d be asked for dimensions over the phone then) and they’d give me an exact price. They shouldn’t be offering an estimate over the phone if it’s going to be so much more. I arrived a few days later and was quoted $23 for a return shipping label. The guy I talked with on the phone was there and tried to argue with me about what he said on the phone.

The tattooed guy kept swearing and complaining in front of all the customers. He kept saying how working fast doesn't benefit him, those things are not a customer problem, and he should keep it professional. Complaining about the customers while the store is full is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Waited outside in the cold in a line with about 10 - 15 other people at 10 AM, the opening time, for someone to unlock the door. People tried to call inside, knocking on the door and got no response. Some people decided to leave, more people came and waited. Finally at about 10:15 three people (one a child) came up and unlocked the door but told us they weren't open yet. We had to continue to wait out in the cold for them to get set up. Finally we were allowed in and they weren't rude but they weren't all that pleasant either. They didn't speak to anyone unless spoken to or they had to. No apologizes. Nothing.

Horrible service. Drop off for ups and staff will not sign receipt required by ups. “They don’t pay me enough to sign my name”. Ups should pull franchise for this.
