Very trashy upfront store. I only needed six copies printed which would have took 3 minutes I waited 25 minutes behind a line of people just for them to tell me I need to wait till they get all these other customers taken care of that have packages to send they then continue to make me wait behind an extra 30 minute line of white people when they finally seen that I was not going nowhere they got frustrated and and made my prints but made it clear in they didn’t want my business they were making excuses, saying that every store has their own rules, and it doesn’t matter what corporate rules are

I dropped off a large box to return to BestBuy on Dec 13th. It had arrived at my house the box damaged I never opened it. Best buy sent me a scan code. A nice guy came out to my truck to take it into the store. I still have my receipt. There is no record of it shipping in Ups. Best buy never received it. I am still trying to get my money back. Best buy tells me to contact the UPS store. I did he was very rude to me didn't want to hear it he scanned my receipt.and handed me a paper with a ups web address to report a lost package. (he just happened to have a stack right there). I called corp ups they are concerned. There seems to be no record of the package leaving the store. The employee told me all packages are picked up daily. Btw it was a large package. Unwrapped in original manufacturers box. It is a Video arcade game that is missing. Merry Christmas.Update: with regards to " concerning to hear" so far I have had Ups online tell me they have opened sn inquiry and somone will contact me the next day at specific times twice. No phone call. The same calls they said they would email me . They never have. I have not been given any case number. Best buy says to contact ups. Ups says to contact best buy. I agree this IS VERY concerning. Meanwhile this is not a 5 dollar item that is missing and UPS does not seem to care. It was dropped off at your store. I have a receipt. I'm getting the runaroundUpdate: 2 days ago at 623 am I sent an email to " the owner" who commented here at the address given. I asked one thing " is this the owner of the ups store" at 624 am I received an email from ups with a case number saying they're looking into this. I find this too coincidental. I still have not received a reply to my email.Update: it's now been almost 2 months since dropping off the expensive large package at this facility. UPS has still not contacted me ( although they said they would several times) the " owner " who responded to this review has not responded to my email. Is this the process??? Lose a large expensive package and do absolutely nothing and ignore it until it goes away? If there is any resolve I will document it here.Update: Feb. 14th it has now been 2 mo. Yesterday with nothing being done. No response. No answer, just ignore it. "Owner" you have my email contact me to resolve this.So far the individual store blames Ups saying they pick up all packages. Corp. 800 number does nothing says best buy needs to contact them and they can't do anything about the local store its privately owned. Best buy says to contact ups. Which of course they have kept my money. Local store will not help. Quite the scam. Everyone points the finger at someone else. My receipt clearly says the time and location of drop off at this store. Again. You have my contact info

I am not sure who the employee is that is rude to every customer at the Marion (1st Ave SE) location but she needs some simple training on customer service. She has blonde hair and worked at this location on 12/19/2023 at 5:51 p.m. I cringe when she has to help me. I will go back once more but if I receive her rude service again I won't be back. How can she possibly still work with the public???

Store was closed at 11:30am when I went to ship a package. It was supposed to be open according to its posted store hours. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. It's very frustrating.

This store, under various customer numbers at the time of my visit, or regardless of who the staff is, goes above and beyond to assist. Whether sensitive paperwork for a will or POA, notary, to returns or packages to mail.Staff was so kind offering to scan not just copy. Mail to the various locations and produce copies needed. I didn’t even know about this option. I was offered this. The kindness during that difficult time is very appreciated.I’ve meet a variety of staff over the years and they’re all, for me, doing a solid job. Very helpful.This office is the primary location used for many years. They have preferred customer parking in front to include handicap accessible spots close to the door

Been here multiple times during business hours and is often closed. Am there right now, it’s all locked up and lights off. You could at least put a sign on your door . I will not return.

The last two days I've tried to drop off a phone to send out, this UPS location has been closed due to "staffing shortages". Fire your staff and hire people that actually want to work. Only reason I got my package sent out is because a UPS truck driver was standing outside the door on the phone with someone because it was closed. He took my package for me because it didn't need postage. There were 4 other potential customers there, and none could be helped. Ridiculous.

Will close early or not open at all without warning. Happens way too often. Reason is always “short staffed”. I don’t believe this at all. I think they just don’t want to work. Really has gone downhill since the pandemic. No one wants to work anymore or are people dying “suddenly”? Really makes you wonder.?

go anywhere else. Even if it costs more. Pay for service.Brought a computer and monitor to them, had them pack it (paid extra) bought insurance (over 300.00) shipped...When it got there, monitor broken..no worries..its insured!! right?!?!Nope, over a year nothing...... refund me the damn insurance then!go anywhere else..Fedex, Amazon, USPS...whatever. Don't go here.....

Hate the staffing issues here? You can thank the “boss” that goes months without hiring people, paying people full-time without them actually working there (yes we knew about Leah’a payroll), and also he seems to love docking employees pay for no reason other than just being a real life Mr.Krabs!!Stay far away from here if you want to support a good business

I am in this store almost everyday they’re open. There employees are not polite and not helpful to customers that are in need of help. It’s taking me a longgg time to leave a bad review because I don’t like doing so.I go across town to the other UPS and it’s totally different there. Employees are over the top with customer service and more than willing to help.

Very easy to send things. It's a bit hard to get into though. As the entrance is across a very busy road. When heading here, please use extreme care.
