I know the USPS is operating on a thin budget, but at noon on a Monday you need to have more than one person at the counter helping people. The wait was over 30 minutes.

Never got my package. They were holding it there and never said anything and sent it back to the seller. I had called customer service a couple times and they said it will be showing up to my house/ they made it high priority. I tried to call this location and they didn’t even answer.

For the past three months we haven’t been receiving utility bills. One utility company called to say they returned February invoices saying PO Box number not accurate. It is accurate. Not sure what has been going on since January but they have big problems!!! Lost confidence that they can deliver mail.

This Post Office is great and the employees do work harder here than most locations. It’s the people in line that are intolerable. I have heard some of the most ridiculous questions.. zero chance I could hold my composure behind the counter if I had to deal with some of these people.

I have a package in the package drop box. The key goes in but does not turn. I call the station that delivers and they won't answer their phone. Do I have to drive 10 miles and tell them in person?
Why do they even have a phone if they never answer it?

Their delivery drivers suck and only like to do their job when it’s convenient for them. Was suppose to receive a package today, but for some reason the delivery location was unavailable. Not sure why or how they could deliver my mail the day before as nothing had changed. Tried to call and ask about this and couldn’t get through to a person. God forbid people do their jobs.

How haven’t I Gotten ANY mail in almost 2 months and the office doesn’t have any mail their holding? Is the driver stealing my mail? Are they losing it? I’ve NEVER had this issue and there’s no way they can’t “do anything” WHERE IS MY MAIL???!!!!!!

Hate this office. I live in an apartment and I check my mail every single day. Not sure what kind of people they hire for deliveries but at some point they decided my empty mailbox was full, put a full hold on all my mail for the last month, and didn't give me any kind of notice. I have 2, now 3 complaints lodged against this office and their driver. Now I have to take time from MY job to go down there to grab all of my mail that should have been delivered to me in the first place. The most incompetent, non-communicating, hot mess of a post office I've ever experienced. I've had better experiences with post offices in Tampa, FL. That should say everything.

4/26/24 a great black guy was working when I arrived to pick up a a package had 8 people in line with no help .soon 14 with no help .finally I spoke up after waiting 40 min . 2 females one black one white came out offering 2 lanes for people picking up. They should of been there 30 mins before .he was overwhelmed and they were back there ignoring everything. I give him the credit for containing himself .his colleagues left him on a Friday at that time and didnt care . He deserves an award for his composer .

Had to go into the office twice to get my package. Was told it was with a carrier and on it's way. Had them check in back anyway and low and behold they found my package.of course the guy who told me that and the one who found my package were two different people. I hope someone loses their job for incompetence. Absolutely terrible!!! Do better!!!
