My package wasn't delivered because, whomever was the carrier for that day stated that the package was undeliverable or "no such number " when in fact the mail was delivered that day to the SAME EXACT address!!!! Go figure!!! Either the carrier was too lazy to carry the package, cuffed the package or thought I didn't live there was the reason for not delivering the package. This is a residential group home, in which I am over as a supervisor and I am always there, thought it would have been a good idea to have the package delivered safely, but no UPS thought it would've been easier for USPS to continue delivering the package, only for it to get sent back due to the laziness of the carrier not recognizing the house number. I'm flabbergasted & deeply annoyed by the unprofessionalism of that carrier that I was inconvenienced by. Still have yet to rectify the issue, didn't even try to re-deliver the package or anything. Just sent back and sadly, it had the CORRECT ADDRESS on the package. Laziness, no consistency or effort on the part of the carrier. This location needs to have a consistent carrier over in the area because it's been three to four different carriers' in the last six months. This says alot about packages being sent back or undelivered due to the unfamiliarity of the area. I'm just livid and done. I have another package coming & it better get to the shipping address that was clearly on the shipping label on the last package. I will physically make my way to this location and speak my complaint personally. ?????

Don’t bother calling this location because they won’t answer the phone! You are better off going in person to try and resolve your issues. Track your mail because they send it elsewhere instead of delivering to you!

The worst mail delivery I've ever had. Look at the apartment number. I'm to the point I don't want to get anything delivered because the mail service here is complete trash.

Laziest of all people...they won't knock on your door to deliver a package they'll just put the slip in your mail box and call it an attempted delivery. I hope the USPS goes out of business and fails ASAP. Worst employees of all. These days it seems no one wants to do their job and if they actually attempt to do their job, they don't even try to do it half way right. I think everyone who works here was starved of oxygen while in the womb. I give them negative 3 stars.

The worst experience I have ever had. I tried calling x3-4 times this past Monday and finally someone answered instead of letting it go to voicemail…again…at the end of the call the lady told me someone would reach out to me with a phone call from the delivery team about re-delivering my package to the correct address within 2-3 days…after 3 days I called to check in because I hadn’t heard from anyone…the lady that answered said that she had no idea what I was talking about…nothing had been marked down in the system about the matter…she said she would “look into it…” I still haven’t heard back…yet again…its been a week…no updates & my package has still yet to be delivered. Nobody here seems to know what they are doing. This is a very incompetent team and they obviously don’t know how to communicate within their team. At this point I would be happy to go pick up the package myself, this is ridiculous.Come to find out a week later after the disaster above ^^^ USPS sent my package back to the sender and it’s currently in IL. After continuous requests to send it to a forwarded address in Marion. They didn’t contact me before sending it back, just told me I’m SOL when I just called for an update —again, since nobody had ever called me back. I asked to speak to a manager & the manager was just like yeah you are SOL. No wonder none of these people give their names either, shadiest system of coworkers I have ever experienced.

Absolutely incompetent. Filled out TWO change of address forms in person, never received mail, despite filling out the forms and HANDING it to them in person. Got the response "Uh we must have lost it. Fill out another one." Get packages fine but they keep putting "Mail slot vacant" in my mail slot.

Mail man too lazy to walk to my door with my package. Claims,"Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location"Didn't seem to be a problem yesterday in the pouring rain.Day 2 and just updated that it returned to the post office. Really? What a joke, really glad it's not required meda or anything.

Very short staffed workers overwhelmed..Mis delivery of parcels alot Need more training in delivery..Smh And I live in California..Too much going on Please keep the workers in prayer ?

The united states postal service is the biggest waste of us tax dollars employees paid 20 bucks an hour to do what be lazy mail is never ever delivered consistently their online tracking and whatnot is constantly wrong they'll tell u something is being delivered today and u might not get it for 2 or 3 days its a waste just like the rest of the government
