They don’t take walk in even though the website says Tuesday and Thursday 10:45-11:45am. She stated she hasn’t taken a walk in almost 6 months. Why not aware the public of that.

I came in and accidentally bought the wrong kind of stamps and their computer system wasn’t letting me return them. Their customer service team stayed after 5 to help figure it out and then came in early the next morning to finish resolving the issue. They went above and beyond:)

We have booked two passport appointments in the last month. First time, we went in and there was a line and we had actually gotten their early and by the time we finally got to the counter they told us we were late and that all they could do was take our photo but they were out of money orders. We booked another appointment and it was just canceled due to staffing issues.

I am writing to express my frustration with an experience my boyfriend had today when attempting to renew his passport at the post office. He had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time, only to wait an additional 15 minutes for the staff member to arrive, which, while inconvenient, was understandable. However, upon her arrival, she informed him that she was not comfortable assisting with his request to process a “hand off.”
For context, a “hand off” involves a post office employee witnessing the signing of the paperwork and then sending it off, a process that requires minimal involvement from the staff member. Given this, I find it difficult to understand why the employee would refuse to perform this task, as it falls within her role and responsibilities.
This situation was not only inconvenient for my boyfriend but also raised concerns about the professionalism and accountability of the service provided. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure that such experiences are avoided in the future.

6 days for a regular package from DESMOINES to Cedar Rapids....just sat there for 4 days. USPS is full of goobers and the service is always garbage

Had a rude employee named Trisha B at the front counter get an attitude with me because I came up to the counter before she was ready and then wanted to have an attitude with me the entire process of trying to get a return shipping label

The old Asian who work there is ridiculous rude. I asked her kind of simple questions but she just means and rude. I went there to renewal my passport today around 345pm. What a terrible service. It was a nightmare for me.

Amazing how lightning fast everything goes thru the USPS system across the nation, then dies for days on end after reaching this facility. I don’t know who or what is the problem, but you all need to be fired.
