Amazing how lightning fast everything goes thru the USPS system across the nation, then dies for days on end after reaching this facility. I don’t know who or what is the problem, but you all need to be fired.

A business patron of a PO Box for years and a regular at this post office. The postal customer service reps have been very helpful over the years with my many deliveries. When I’m traveling extensively never have an issue with mail being held then delivered upon return. I’ve been treated friendly and kindly.In the past have had a box elsewhere in CR. The experience was very different there.I recommend trying this office. It’s been a great experience for me. Hopefully you, as well ☺️

Absolutely inexcusable package delivery from USPS. I'm 45 minutes from Detroit but for some reason after this package arrived in Det it was sent to Cedar Rapids Iowa, where it was temporarily lost, and destroyed, then after a month in limbo it arrived in the condition pictured. Because the seller of the product I ordered didn't insure the package USPS won't reimburse it. I think for damage like this, insurance or not, they should be held responsible. This just isn't right. This is a poor excuse for delivery service. Go with UPS or FedEx if you can.

Great expeirence! They usually deliver your package one day early. Tomroww mine should be out for delivery! Im so excited! I ordered a national geographic animal book that i had been wanting! Crossing fingers! But there is one problem. Maybe some better service for first class? I know its the slowest one but some people cant pay for fast and quick service.

What is going on with our Postal Service? The downtown location will not pick up the phone and it says their mailbox is full. Then the miss delivery of the mail is outrageous. Does the Post Office make sure the people working their do not have criminal backgrounds? When you have informed delivery and items that are Private and contain money does not show up it is very suspect. The post office is not what it use to be. I guess it's a Biden thing. ????

Obviously they have never seen a map. If your package is getting close and is going to arrive before estimated delivery they will send it all around the state to meet estimated date. Carrier pigeon has better sence of directions

Extremely disappointed in the Post Office customer service. From what I've found there is actually no way to speak to a live person from calling their 1-800 number. It just gives you the run around and attempts to have the VA answer all the questions rather than allowing you to speak to a live person. Very frustrating as I now have to go to one of their stores to wait in line to get my question answered when it could have been handled on the phone and saved everyone a hassle.

Completely rude staff especially the older women…went in for a passport and they ended up loosing it in the mail somehow and then they told me I need to fill out a lost or stolen form which I did and it was not stolen they just lost it in the mail…well they said since I lost it it means that I’m the one who lost it and they refuse to refund my money even though THEY lost it and so I had to spend another $150 to get a new passport and the number they give you it useless because nobody will even pick up…and the Natalie individual based out of Des Moines was a completely useless saying we can get a refund just for her to turn around and deny me said refund and just giving us the run around…they probably delivered it to the wrong address and I simply wanted a refund for having to deal with them loosing a very personal government document and this is the first time I’ve ever needed to get a passport and this has honestly been the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal let alone hear about…definitely not going through this again…
