The service was great, i had a few questions about changing my address and she explained everything so I knew exactly when everything would change. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Just got off the phone with customer service. The lady was rude as hell. I told her the only one package of mine was delivered but it said both of my packages was delivered and when I gave her the second package tracking number she said it was delivered to a different address because she said that had a different address on it. I told her pacifically I’m like you guys can easily go pick that package up. Write my address on it And bring it to me because it’s a free sample that I got from the TikTok shop and I only have 13 days left to promote it so I told her I said you know what I’m gonna report you guys because a lot of the times you guys be messing up my mail and sometimes deliver my package to the neighbours house or something like that And they’re trying to say that my package was delivered to somebody on 9th Avenue and I live on 8th Avenue, but yeah, I told her pacifically I said well if you guys don’t do something about it then I’m going to have to report you because you’re being rude and disrespectful to me and I am a influencer on TikTok and I only have 13 days to promote that product so I was like since you guys can’t go get my package and do the right thing. I’m gonna report you simple as that. because I ain’t got time to be playing games with rude people so since they can’t do the right thing like I said bad view for them right this ain’t the first time this is happened to me with them. They always usually mess up my mail like I said, and I’m sick of it. They need to learn how to get their act together. Because now I have to reach out to the Company that approved me of the free sample and tell them that the mail company is gonna sit here and say it had a different address on it And to see if they can send me out a new one, and if not, like I said, the male company is held accountable

WESTEND mail service and their station is an absolute disaster, and a joke. People who work here are clowns. Literally called 30 plus times in the matter of an hour, not one time they picked up the phone. Where are my missing 18 packages?
The mailman really really is negligent. Their mailman delivered my signature package, to the wrong apartment. In the same sitting, I had another package missing. This was a very valuable package, failed delivery due to mishandling. Even if I request a signature, if it says 19, don't deliver it to 12.

Why did I put a one because they do not know how to keep their hands out of their pockets quit playing pocket pool they cannot answer their phones all of them does that you can call 10 times a day and they still don't answer their phones

They lose my pay checks after scanning them into the system, sending me pics of what's getting delivered the day of, than not delivering it and telling my it's my problem they can't find it.

Took them 5 weeks to get a mail key made. I had to stop in every other day for mail that always seemed to be lost. Once again I bring in a pink slip and no one there has any idea where my package is. Worst post office ever I don’t know how they are still in business. You wait about 30 mins in a line just to be told by the employees that they don’t know how to do their job. I have had more lost packages in the last 5 weeks in I have in my entire life to the point I almost want to move again to find a post office that knows what it’s doing. Oh, and no one takes any accountability for no knowing how to do the job either. It’s always so and so fault who is never in that day.smh I’ve lost 100s of dollars in packages I have to keep getting refunded for.

Had me struggling to stand on my cane for 30 mins while they searched for a package they had sent out weeks prior. The auto generated a slip told me to collect my box at the post office before a date, which i did, for them to have already sent it back. While waiting another disabled person saw how long i was waiting and struggling without them offering any chairs or anything for the crippled, and they just left to ship their boxes with fedex. I recommend others do the same.

The super old lady with the white hair is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life , she was swearing at me telling me she doesn’t care , saying obscenities under her breath walking away. This lady is going to cause a lawsuit or hurt someone someday she should be fired
