Valley View is a great complex. Having laundry machines on every floor, that are well maintained is a hard thing to come acrossed, but valley view has got it! The premises are really clean and well taken care of. Being next to woods is really cool, it's easy to forget you're in a city. As a telescope enthusiast with balcony access I couldn't be more happy. Kimberly is very friendly and very understanding. Also the maintenance man is a good stand up guy. 10/10

Removed my old dishwasher and replaced with a new one that works great..maintenance is very knowledgeable and friendly .love the new appliance and the turnaround time of replacement

Kim and Jillian made the move in process very easy and smooth , they were there for any questions i had as it is the first apartment i have had in my name , my unit was super clean and was all ready for me to move in

valley view I've lived here for 16 years now and it is a wonderful place to live it is clean and very decent and peaceful the staff is very respectful and maintenance is done very quickly over the years things have changed with different staff coming in over the years it happens people move on but it's gotten better over the years currently it's at the best with everything this past couple of years been very peaceful very happy with this place and it's a great neighborhood
