If you already have good service do not switch. I'm downtown cedar rapids with 4g and Spotify(sound only) buffering. Can't get youtube videos to load. At us cellular the only time I ever had connectivity issues was in the mountains

This place has the worst customer service! They are not helpful unless you pay on top of what you've already paid and then on top of that again. Insurance through this company in horrible. I lost everything because of their 'SO-CALLED' protection policies. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Thank goodness for Ryan and SammyThis place would fail without them. In my two hours in store, they were the only two employees who actually showed care and were actually helpful, the only ones on the floor really. All the others sat in the back and hid out for the whole time while they were slammed with customers. I give them both a five star. All the others… def not. Especially the “manager” lol Johnathan.Keep up the good work you two!

After trying to get answers on the customer service number for over an hour about my bill I went into the store. When I told them I had questions about my bill I was told " o that's the customer service # you need to call". I explained that after an hour I didn't get the answers i needed because the person didn't speak English. Kim, the gal at Verizon, rolled her eyes at me and said I would have to wait then. I waited, she came over to answer my questions however she was very rude and made me feel stupid for even asking. Then when I asked her name she walked away from me- I had to get that from someone else. Don't recommend this location.

Awesome service! I hadn't been to an actual Verizon store in years, and ran into an issue with my phone that needed immediate attention and these folks had me fixed and out the door in under 15 minutes! Super friendly, professional and good at their jobs! Thanks For making my day easier!

My S22 Ultra had not worked for 3 days unless it was on wifi. I went to the store, was told it must be a Sim card issue and it was replaced. Less than an hour later I went back because the new sim made no difference. I was treated very poorly upon returning by the manager Austin. He spoke over me, raised his voice to me, and flat out refused to do anything for me other than tell me to call 611, he also stated there would be no replacement for my phone even though it was clearly defective. When asked if I could speak to his manager, he told me that the person was sleeping and refused to put me in touch with someone else.I did get a replacement after spending over an hour with 611 and I am very thankful for that. However, the store on Collins road should seriously rethink those managing the location. No one deserves to be spoken to and treated the way I was that night. It was completely unacceptable. If you aren't purchasing something, they don't want to assist.That was the last time we'll deal with a local store and we'll be switching providers after 15 plus years.

Sam, Austin, Kimberly and Joshua are AMAZING. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere in my life. I had a very stressful, difficult situation with my account. They were so patient, informative, and helpful. Whatever they get paid, it’s not enough. These guys are the best.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went here in June to take advantage of a plan advertised on television. We weren't laughed at, but it was very nearly that bad. The advertised plan was $25/month/line for up to 4 lines, and it included free phones. We were told the ONLY plan available was $80/month/line with no phones. Not a good experience. Won't be going back to this, or any other Verizon location, for personal or business reasons.

I have had Verizon for years, had the same number for years. But my phone died on me. I went into the store hoping I would get some help making some decisions. Long story short it took the manager after visiting store twice to get a bit closer to what I told the rep in the first place I wanted. He said I had to get a new line to get the deal, when I found out I didn't need to it was to late to go back to my known number.Do yourself a favor, get phone on line and learn how to install yourself.

My whole family plan service was disconnected due to Verizon/Asurions mistake. They sent a warranty replacement phone 2 months ago and are now charging us the entire cost of the phone. I have called customer service in May 2023 and June 2023, both times being told the charge would be removed and services wouldn’t be interrupted. Today I went into the store and ultimately left with no help and service still disconnected. I was given the Asurion number to call which I can’t even do due to service being disconnected. Very disappointed with Verizon’s customer service.
