My first initial visit was not good. The gentleman that started to help me was very rude and extremely unprofessional. Left before everything was done. The woman lilly was very professional and did her job correctly even after being called vulgar names by the other guy. Had to come back the following day to finish because of the unprofessionalism of the guy that started to help me got the system locked. The next day visit was very good and the gentleman that i worked with then was very professional and also apologized like lilly did about gentlemen’s behavior. Got my internet quickly and both him and lilly answered any questions i had. Definitely recommend this place to anyone as long as the first guy no longer works there.

Went in to change account from prepaid to postpaid this took 2hrs. Got new phones and other accessories gave us a temporary numbers that would be changed over, went back to change over was a complete 💩show 2 more hrs nothing resolved. Went back a third time and ended up being there another 2 hrs. Resulting in completely shutting off all service with Verizon and going to another company. I will say that Steven was the only one that truly helped resolve anything. He is a great customer oriented multitasking individual that needs to be rewarded for his skills. The manager was no help at all.

They probably couldn’t have made more mistakes if they tried. They convinced me to move my account to a business account and then proceeded to give me none of the add-ons I asked for, lost my # associated to my iPad, almost lost my home/office # that has been that # for 45yrs. Still don’t have an iPad internet connection a month later and almost couldn’t turn in my old phone because they closed out the phone return improperly. Just go somewhere else

They do not know what they are doing, I bought a phone today from Verizon and picked up at this store. They said they couldn't do anything and that i had to call customer support to get the phone set up. absolutely useless.

Rude service. You can schedule an appointment but they won’t honor it. Whats the point of even confirming an appointment if they don’t honor it. Figure it out.

Great customer service from Steven, he really shouldn't handle an entire store by himself but he seems more than capable of doing so, everytime I go to this store hes always by himself but is always outgoing, everything he explains make sense, showed me a lot of useful features and accessories I wasn't aware of before, and soon a new phone!

My husband and I got in 10 minutes before closing time, and they could have turned us away. Rather they very kindly supported us through our problem and made sure we left feeling much better than when we had arrived!

Steven was great to work with, very personable and helpful. Even with being the only employee on duty he was able to multi task. Customer service is definitely his priority. The only downside was they did not have the phone I was looking for in stock, but none of the Verizon stores in the area did.

Do not go to a Victra Verizon. They have their own deals and things separate from a real Verizon and you can ONLY deal with them if anything goes wrong. I was in this store for TWO HOURS trying to get a correct sized watch band. Ended up being charged a $50 restock fee without being told, and then promised they would put a credit back to my account. They never did and you cannot ever call the store directly, it just goes to a helpline. Stephanie was an incompetent worker who could not complete a single task in the system without calling a manager or helpline. Horrible business.

Went in to have my phone looked at for an issue I'm having with the camera. Guy at the desk looked bored, told me he need to access my device, tapped on his tablet a few times and just said go to this website and they'll help you. What? I asked if he was going to send a link and he responds with just go to the website. No spelling, no link, no nothing. I tried to find the supposed website and got about 30 options with none having anything to do with fixing a phone. Talk about useless.
