Staff seems friendly enough but does bad business. They told me over the phone they’d get my prescription ready to fill for the next day. Call the next day to make sure I don’t drive all the way into town and it not be ready. Lady informs me that not only can they not get my medication (which they never said a word about not being able to get) but no Walgreens can. This isn’t the first time they have pulled this on me for a very common medication. If you can’t fill the meds don’t waste my time and yours telling me you are taking care of it when you physically can’t.

I was signed up for prescription notifications. That is ALL I expected to be texted. NOPE, they spam you with advertisements for vaccinations. WTH? So now that I replied STOP, I won't get script notifications either. Thank goodness the majority of my meds are mail order. I only use Walgreens if I get sick which is rare.

Had a new prescription and transferred some others. Pharmacy staff was excellent over the phone and at the drive through. Fast and courtious service.

I went on vacation and used a disposable camera. Came in to have the film developed. The woman at the counter takes the camera and says "you still have 3 photos left" and immediately starts taking pictures of the ground/wall (I have the photos as proof lol) then seconds later she opened the camera exposing the film to light. I said something about it and she said "that's what we have to do". She then starts doing something on the computer and tells me the price it'll be at pickup. I tell her, "I want doubles," and she rolls her eyes, saying she will need to start over the process on the computer because she ran then as singles. Anyway, when I picked them up a week later, I paid $28. I get out to my car and open the envelope... every single photo was ruined, and there was a note saying the film had been exposed to light. There were also only like 15 pictures plus the 3 of the ground in the store, so I don't know what happened to the other 10 since the camera had 28 on it. Will never go back there for my photos.

The cashier Darrell was very helpful and polite unlike the other cashiers that's up there that's constantly on their phones and not attending to the customers and also some managers too.

It would be great if the cashier could focus more on the guests and less on their phone. Perhaps they could smile more and maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards the customers. During my recent visit, I had a question about a deal on a single item, but unfortunately, the cashier didn't seem to notice me. It would be wonderful if they could be more attentive to the customers' needs. Thank you for considering my feedback.

The pharmacy is inexperienced and incompetent in how to correctly bill insurance and in how to provide basic customer service. They made a mistake that cost me $100, they didn't apologize and didnt care that they were at fault. I guess $100 isn't much to the pharmacists, but it is to me. I was disappointed in how I was talked down to and the treatment from this location's pharmacy. We moved all our orders to CVS to avoid further billing and filling issues.

I've never had much luck with this store. I don't mind waiting for someone to assist customers, but I don't tolerate rudeness.I tried to drop off a Fed Ex package. My emailed instructions said not to close the package until they checked the item. During my entire interaction with the manager, I don't think I completed a single sentence. He cut me off several times to tell me that they aren't responsible for packaging items. I attempted to show him my email, and he refused to look. Every time I attempted to speak, he interrupted and mansplained that I needed to tape the box shut myself. The final cherry on top of this sexist sundae was when he very condescendingly told me I could purchase tape from Walgreens first and then he would tape it shut for me. I didn't even both telling him that I had packing tape in my purse; I just walked out.It was worth it to drive to another drop off location where they read the instructions and even offered to tape the box for me (for free).I don't think I'll be setting foot in this store again if I can help it.

You can not call to get refills and the are not open normal hours. People are nasty in the pharmacy

Great customer service at this location never had any issue and if I need to find something someone is always able to help me find what I need.
