There was a long wait in drive thru and I couldn't figure out why. Pull up to the window and the lady is playing on her cellphone. Not cool. Especially not cool when getting personal information from customers

99 % of the time I’ve always have a great experience with Walgreens. I usually don’t have to wait too long and they usually have what I need in stock.

I was able to find what I was looking for. The prices are a bit high, but they had what I needed in stock.

Refills are on time unless out of stocks. Friendly pharmacist and technician.

Used to be good, but now 2 weeks in a row had to wait 3 days to get meds. Before they ordered them or they can't fill full order. Even after having to go to 2 locations.

Staff is hardly ever available for check out or photo. Spread too thin between registers. It's like that at all the locations. Obviously the place is run by hateful people with no respect for others. Only how much $$ they can make. Leads to them typically being on the rude side. Treat your workers better, everyone would have a better day. I mostly just stop going except for hair cream. It's cheapest there.

Nobody seems to know what they're doing. The techs running the register didn't know how to apply coupon codes to my prescriptions. I don't mean one didn't know. None of them did. The pharmacist was having another tech do literally everything for her on the computer, couldn't answer a single question I had and kept telling me she was "uneducated" on topic after topic from questions about my meds to how to enter insurance info into the computer. Everybody from the techs on the register to the pharmacist to the tech running the drive through were all mobbing this one tech that seemed to have her things together asking her how they were supposed to do x, y, and z. What should have been a five minute in and out took over an hour. Not exactly confidence inspiring to say the least. When I am being taken care of by a medical professional I like to feel like they can do a better job than I probably could in their shoes.

This drive thru pharmacy is terrible. I had a sick toddler in the car and I was told 3 separate times that the prescription wasn't ready and I needed to come back. Total time sitting in the parking lot waiting was 1.5 hours!! Unacceptable to have to wait that long. I live out of town so I couldn't just go home and come back later.

This review is from an offended customer immediately following an event in drive through pharmacy pickup:It's important to note that I've already been bothered by being forced to wait 30-45min behind other customers who HADN'T been told to let others through, but every time I've had to wait at all, I'm told to pull around. It's always behind some very expensive vehicle when I am told to wait , too.I was told to drive around or come inside to wait 15 minutes while they finished up my prescription.I don't have an issue with that when there are vehicles behind me. There weren't. I even told them we'd move if anyone pulled up, but they said they "can't allow that".I don't know why I count as a second-class citizen, but that's how i get treated there, so they can go to hell.
