Staff is always friendly. Just wish they'd go back to being 24 hours a day. I'm concerned that with the current hours, where is a person to get meds in an emergent situation? Meaning if you go to the hospital and at 3:00 am you need a script filled, where do you go? I always relied on Wal-greens to be there. I also live out of town so it's not like I could go home from the hospital to return later. I also understand that since 2020, there are staff shortages, but I feel there could be some sort of resolution to this issue

This has been my new spot since I been out here. It’s up Da street from this establishment where I’m staying.
Food selection sucked and they were running out of Kneegrow hair products but I found a lil somethin that’ll do the trick. Service was fast 💨 and friendly so I’ll Mos Def visit again. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa 👌🏾

I find it VERY FRUSTRATING to come into the store to pick up my prescriptions. As I enter the parking lot there is almost always a line or two to pick up prescriptions at the drive up. It seems there is always more attention given to the drive up customers rather than those inside the store. My observation is that when I come into the store I always purchase something in addition to picking up my meds. So why are there not more than one person helping those in the store versus the drive up????

Bentley at the 16th Ave Sw location in Cedar Rapid, IA is an amazing employee, and I appreciate him and his service so much! A week ago my son was diagnosed with a double ear infection, and since he’s not quite six months old, he’s never had a prescription. Bentley was so kind explaining and helping me get setup so I could get notifications about his Rx status, easy pay, etc! Since it’s been years since I’ve had to do that, he was so kind and helpful. Great employee representing Walgreens!

Used to come to Walgreens a couple years ago until their drive thru in Marion started taking over an hour, almost two to get prescriptions and you couldn't walk in. So I switched to Walmart to get meds when grocery shopping. I didn't want to bring my kids into the store however today so I asked for a prescription to be filled at this Walgreens. I called three times and they told me they didn't have it. I called my doctor who was on call tonight and she told me that it went through and they should have it. After already calling so many times and getting told it wasn't there (seemed like they didn't even check it) I just told her to transfer it back to Walmart. They always have it filled before I get there or within 15 minutes if we literally just left the doctor's office with no errands on the way. I'd rather take my kids in so I can get my daily medicine than repeatedly get told it isn't there by people who have no customer service skills.

You guys have to get it together. So hard dealing with some associates at the store I go to. They misquote prescription refill times then give an "I'm sorry it was a mistake"? Well you made this mistake 3x this year causing me to skip daily meds for 3 days at a time until you "fixed" your mistake. Gotta go back to CVS or maybe HyVee. Be an advocate for your health don't let others dictate it, find someone who will do you justice.

Asked for my prescription to be filled while i was omw. Guy told me it need prior authorization I get here and no it doesn't he was just too lazy to fill it. Now I'm waiting 15 minutes for my prescription that was called ahead.o stars
