There were NO checkout lanes open. The only way to pay was the universally loathed self check-out. So, I abandoned my shopping cart in the store (NO perishable items were in the cart), and left, and ordered everything on Amazon. With customer service going to zero in brick and mortar stores you can see why Amazon is taking over the world.

Very bad customer service, rude and ignored customers when they asked for help. Everyone seemed annoyed to have to be there and took it out on customers.

Hands down the more unorganized, worthless, unprofessional walmart. Went in yesterday to cash a check, it was closed. Called ahead today to make sure they were open and accepting paper ID'S. They said no problem. I get there and they're not accepting paper id's. It's honestly infuriating that the employees have no idea what's going on or what the rules are.

I am providing a 1 star rating but this is most likely too high as you don't cover the basics! Buyer be ware. This store does not take returns!!!!! Excuse, no staff. There are plenty of employees walking around this store. You need to cross train them! Jason you're paid to operate a store. No leadership at this site.

Often customer service isn't available at random times. Had to go to other Walmart here there was one person for a line that was way backed up into checkout lines. Better to buy form target or other places. At least I'd you need to return it there are staff that can take your time back!

I ordered a pickup for groceries the night before. I picked a time available to pick up. Never got my order. The time to pick up my order it was not ready and said they was busy. I was to pick up the order between 7pm-8pm. At 7pm got a message the order was not going to be ready. I waited till 8 to call. After being on hold for 20 minutes was told the order would not be ready until the next day. I cancelled the order.
