When my usual pharmacy that I’ve used for years let me down as far as getting my prescriptions in, I started calling around. WalMart had what I needed in stock, and they still do. Thanks for being so accommodating.

They were quite rude and not pleasant over the phone

Terrible customer service, told me prescription was ready and as soon as I show up they close for a half hour, using more than my lunch break to come get it. Can't simply help a person out for 30 seconds is unbelievably inhumane when someone is in need.

Always busy, but I do receive my medication notifications. I believe the associates don't care for me too much, they're always defensive when I approach the register, which I could care less!!! There's always room for improvement with the pharmacy, but its Walmart, what do you expect!!!!! ?

They keep the medications I need in stock, and I don't have to sit and wait in the store to pick up my prescriptions because they arent ready on time.Their give their customers quality one on one service in this department.

For 4 years i have gone to this walmart more than blairsferry or marion,if i go here i know to keep my reciept, cause i will most likely have to return it,cause its garbage or its not all there,i bought a 25 dollar wall mount for my tv and i get it home, all the hardware is gone wth,air mattresses, end tables, clothes even food(container of peanuts that was open, but on the shelf for purchase) have had issues,SO KEEP YOUR RECEIEPT,nevermind the fact, you cant find an employee to help, the assistant managers hardly know the positions of a product, actually got told by(im assuming a girlfriend) of an employee that he cant help you right now, cause they dont have it,i just wanted bug spray, even a carpet cleaner broke after 2 uses, you would have the same luck buying the same products from a 2nd hand store, i mean really would you buy a board game from a thrift store,no you wouldnt why, cause it will be missing some parts(just saying)but as much as that has pissed me off,the fact that you CANNOT ever find an employee for help,or you get shocked by the metal shelves and freezer door handles, anytime you grab a 2nd hand product, just the fact that i left on account of the electronics guy(i had to hunt down) told me he was tired and ready to leave, without even hi can i help you,but a let me cut you off your sentence,to tell you to get over here,i left from that point a d told him i will take my 240 dollar purchase somewere else, even the clothes they try to sell for children are low cut, with an actual pantie look sewn onto the back,if anyplace in cedar rapids defines a "food stamp" walmart its this one save your frustration and spend a little more and go to target or go to blairsferry, but avoid this"i painted the front and added some stars on the wall so that makes us upgraded" hellhole oh and buy the way i used to work for this company in a different state for one a food stamp one and non foodstamp one,and 29th and edgewood is the blttom of the barrel, but i guess if you dont like customer service, non shocking doors or NEW products being sold to you,for your hard earned cash then go ahead and line sams kids pockets, some more if you want a decent place to spend your money go somewere else, but if you wanna see the real life

Waited almost 2 hours to get prescription filled. 2 of the representatives lied about how long it was going to take. I wasn't the only one waiting for over an hour for medication. The pharmacist was filling phone in prescription before walkin prescription. I went to upper management about it as the person I was getting the prescription for had just been released from hospital and was in pain and needed her pain medication. I will never use this pharmacy again!

I really get tired of all the liars but this is the only place my insurance will let us get our meds. So we are greatful for that but they can't even spell our name right or give us accurate and honest customer service I am happy I only have to go here every thirty days for a refill. Oh wait nope thanks to their incompetence I have to go here all the time
