The SW Cedar Rapids location is complete garbage. Service is slow, and employees are rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience in the auto Service department, terrible service in produce, and terrible service at the check out. The liquor is locked behind glass and nobody has a key. You ask for assistance and the employees run from you.
What less can a paying customer ask for.?

I was at this Walmart Yesterday in the frozen juice section. I walked over to get some not knowing there was a water spill, and I slipped, but I'm glad I didn't fall. they had a power jack sitting there, and that's not an alert to warn people. They need to learn good customer service skills because they don't have any. Its called a caution wet floor sign colored in yellow to alert people there has been spill so they won't step in those areas. Walmart has already been sued so many times an I had ended up falling They can get ready for another lawsuit. They need somebody to teach them how to professionally and effectively operate in a business.

Most staff was nice but if you are only going to have three checkout lanes open they need to be trained to pick up the pace. I stood in line of four people for almost 20 minutes before checking out.

Needs more workers. Can't find help with when you need it. It's self checkout now. I have a bad back. There's times I'm in a lot of pain and walked all over the store getting my gro
ceries. I am exhausted and in pain so bad it's hard to check out my own groceries. HyVee is not
self checkout only! I may just go back there.

It's a Walmart but this one closes it's pharmacy between 130 to 200 and I mean close no help screen rolled down don't care if you have other things to do
