Service has always been pretty poor and the environment is pretty ghetto. I choose to shop elsewhere whenever I can really . I'd much rather shop at target or hyvee for groceries ect .

Walmart makes so much money yet do they reward their employees? Not hardly. I recently had a grocery pick up at this location and the pick up was validated to be this same location, got a text at 11am it was ready and at 1145am arrive to pick up. After waiting one hour I call Walmart and get their voice mail 6 times. Talked to 5 employees who were helping load cars they look at their ap and see my order and name and parking space and all said it was ready and on its way out. I ask if I should cancel and shop inside and was told no it would be out in a second. After over 3 hours and 23 minutes my groceries were brought out. Walmart: use your communication methods to let people know of delays. I was getting reminders by text and email to pick up groceries while sitting in the lot, yet no word of delay and all 30 pick up spaces are filled the entire time. I feel badly for the staff having to deal with upset customers. If Walmart does not have staffing to support drive up perhaps block half or a quarter of slots of online orders. A lot of people were turned off today from your lack of needed communication.
