This Wells Fargo branch is an absolute disaster when it comes to handling important financial matters, especially those involving estate transitions. I came in to handle a straightforward Payable on Death (POD) transition after a family member’s passing—something that should have been routine and handled with care and professionalism. Instead, I was met with incompetence, lack of transparency, and outright negligence.
A banker at this branch failed to follow proper procedures, ignored the clear POD designation, and unilaterally altered the account structure without my consent. This was done without any explanation or proper documentation, leaving me to uncover the mistake later—when it was already too late.
When I brought this issue to the branch manager, Delaina Schiernbeck, I expected Wells Fargo to own up to their mistake and correct it. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness, deflections, and an utter refusal to take responsibility. Despite repeated follow-ups, she has ignored my concerns entirely, never providing any resolution or even a basic acknowledgment of the mistake her branch caused.
This was not a complex estate issue—this was a straightforward POD transition that should have been handled correctly from the start. Instead, this branch’s incompetence has caused me significant unnecessary stress, wasted hours of my time, and forced me to escalate my case to multiple regulatory agencies just to get a basic response.
If you value accuracy, professionalism, or even basic accountability, do not trust this branch with your finances. The failure of both their banking staff and their so-called leadership is disgraceful. Wells Fargo’s reputation for mishandling customer accounts is on full display here.

This must be thee SLOWEST bank I have come across! We sat at drive thru for 10 minutes and NO cars ahead of us completed their transaction during that time! We left!

I have had my account locked twice and had to spend over an hour to correct the problem only to find out they are still locked and I can't get into any of my accounts. My new replacement credit card was sent to a different state after I gave them my address three times

Only bank when I make a deposit ask me for ID, been banking with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. Banks used to call you by name. Not anymore. They must think because of all the phoney deals they done over the years & fines they paid that everybody a crook

Someone left their card and money in the atm and I went in to return it the doors were locked. 2 people were standing outside and when I told them I found the money and card she said I'm sorry we are not open. What? Like I understand but what should I do sit and wait? Or take it with me and come back? Come on those are not options. Do better!!

Working with one of the male tellers through the drive-thru was an extremely pleasant and hassle-free experience! He was polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a stellar banking experience. I'm always in and out within a few minutes even with a packed drive-thru. I usually dread going to the bank but never at this location! Thank you and I appreciate your help! Keep up the good work! ?

I love Wells Fargo and have been a dedicated customer for years but this branch does not live up to my expectations the bankers and rude and hateful and they have no training with working with anyone that is different from them. If you are a white male with a dick this is the bank for you but if you don't speak English well or are gay these bakers are homophobic and scary . I love Wells Fargo but I am never going to this branch again

Seriously, this is one of the best banking experiences I have ever had. My wife and I have both personal and business accounts with Wells Fargo and we do most of our banking at this branch. The staff is great, friendly, professional, and they always remember our names! Even when we just moved here. I could not recommend a bank more fully than this specific Wells Fargo Branch.
