Had an absolutely ancient refrigerator that was just falling apart, and within 2 weeks Jeremy had the new one delivered and installed. For comparison, when I had to have a new drier brought in it took 6 months. Jeremy was very professional and helpful, I can't speak for all the WOR residents but I appreciate you man!

An overall shift of office and maintenance has made living here so much better! They are open to improve things all over the campus. 👍
