“I went into Buckle looking for a specific type of jean. As a plus size girl, it's not always easy to find those sizes and jeans that fit right. Kira provided a very high level of customer service. She was very friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted, and she started helping me find jeans and things that were my size. She made an overwhelming experience very comfortable, thank you Kira for all of your help!”

“My family and I came in here for the first time because I was looking for a dress formy son‘s wedding and I found the perfect one in here and I couldn’t of been more happy with it. I’m just glad I found this place I had a lot of dress choices and the service in there was outstanding. She helped me with whatever I needed and she pulled a lot of dresses out for me. I mean she was very helpful and I’m just glad I walked out with the dress.”

They are convenient and items are of very good quality, plus if the do not have my size, they can usually find it. I am a bigger shorter person, that combo is not always easy to find a fit for.

“I recently had a large number of Amazon returns and Alivia and Kiara at the SW Cedar Rapids, IA location were total rockstars about it! They made it a fun game to see who could process the most. Their positive attitude and willingness to help was refreshing! I was dreading going in, because I was expecting something very different. “- after ordering from JCPenney I started receiving advertisement from Pappua. This company does not have a good shipping tracking. There are lots of advertising for paying for tracking. They charge for shipping insurance and do not honor the insurance if you do not receive your package. They will re-ship for another $15.00 fee.
I do not recommend Pappua. I will be communicating with JCPenney. They need to know about this. Why did Pappua start coming up on my phone after ordering from JCPenney?”

“Ross has a lot of hidden gems for good prices. The stock sometimes feels limited and selections can be a hit or miss. When you do find something it is great. Some times it feels like you are rummaging around to find something because of how unorgnaized it is at times though.”
“I would just like to comment how AMAZING of an experience we had today. Note, we shop at Cato frequently and at various stores, and while we always get good service, the service today was EXCEPTIONAL!!! It is my birthday today so we came to Cedar Rapids to celebrate and decided to kill some time by going to Cato. Jessica was absolutely phenomenal helping my daughter out, thinking of things she thought would look good on her and pulling them from the racks. If we thought she needed a different size, Jessica happily offered to check if you had that size. She also gave her opinion on everything my daughter tried on, it was like she was a part of our shopping group. Jessica even pulled a beautiful, almost sage green which happens to be daughter's favorite color (unbeknownst to Jessica) ,sweater that another associate had just started unpacking so it wasn't on the shelves yet for my daughter to try on and she loved it! It looked gorgeous on her! We walked away with half of what she tried on and the half we didn't walk away with happened to mostly be pulled from my daughter or someone in our shopping group while most of what we purchased was pulled from Jessica. It wasn't just another shopping trip, it was an amazing shopping experience! Thank you a bunch Jessica!”
“Ty did AMAZING today with my son and went above and beyond for us. Not only was he kind but he kept his patience with my wild toddler and got amazing photos. I will say whoever the person is who answers the phone and helps out was kind of rude and not very professional. I know this time of year can be hard I also work retail and it’s crazy but I don’t appreciate the way she talked to me on the phone. Overall tho I would love for Ty to do my son’s pictures in the future.”
“Never pay full price for anything. There are usually coupons for discounts or just wait a couple of days and it will be on sale. Might be a good place to find a job because they seem to be understaffed.”
