I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday to be delivered the same day ($10.00 upcharge). I got an email a few hours later that said they were closed that day (their website listed them as open). She emailed back to confirm she messed up and the website was wrong; started out good. I opted to deliver on a Monday instead (this was a Friday). Needless to say, lesson learned by trying a new florist. No delivery and a $70.00 charge I have now disputed with my bank as Miss Shayna went MIA. If you are looking for quality flowers, I cannot speak on that as I never saw any, but if customer service and details are important to you, seek flowers elsewhere. Try Patricia's Petals. They did a great job for me last summer!

This store is definitely worth the visit! We took a little road trip and stopped in because they have lots of cute stuff and it is more than just flowers however they are also incredibly fresh and beautiful for any occasion! The owner is very personable and super friendly and we loved Lila! (Her dog) She’s got candles (reasonably priced), purses, fresh meats, jewelry (super good prices!) and other things like adorable wooden signs! Loved finding this place and will come again!!

Disappointed...Like a previous reviewer, I too, like to support local businesses. I am from out of town but grew up in the area. I wanted to send flowers to my friend. In December, I called and told them I wanted a Poinsettia and how much I wanted to spend ($55.00 )They said they had the perfect one. It was delivered and I was charged exactly what I had said I wanted to spend. When my same friend had a big birthday in Feb. I called and spoke with Shirley. I told her I what I wanted to spend. Told her I wanted a nice arrangement and a religious keepsake. She took my information and said they would call if needed anything. I confirmed all information again and reminded them I had used them in December. The next day my bank statement read more than I wanted to spend. $11.70 more. I called and spoke to Shirley who remembered speaking to me. I asked about the difference and she said she thought but couldn't be sure that there was a $7.50 delivery since it was out in the country. I reminded her that in Dec this did not happen. Her response "The next time (doubtful I will use them again so no worries on a next time) you need to be specific and tell us that includes delivery" I said I saw a picture and was not that impressed with the arrangement for that price. She said most people tell them what they want and understand that there will be fees. She had no response to my question of "Even when I said I wanted to spend no more than $60.00?"I didn't want to make a huge deal of this, but I felt cheated. So I then showed pictures of both the December and Feb. arrangements to my local florist. She is also a small business owner. Her response: 1. The Poinsettia did not look that healthy. (I thought it looked... Ok .. the recipient said it was pretty. I do not know how long it lasted).2. The arrangement is not good and poorly put together, roses are blown. (I tend to agree).3. I (my local florist) put responsibility on the florist to be clear on what you want to spend TOTAL.The ONLY reason I am not giving 1 star is because my friend, who is gracious beyond belief, said she loved them. She felt special. That was my goal.In this day when money is tight, supporting local businesses is a must. However, it is a two way street. The business should treat the customer like they matter.

My husband got me flowers for our anniversary in our special vase. It is beautiful but tricky for arrangements due to its shape.

I used Flowers by Shayna for my wedding and I loved the way my bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres turned out! I was originally getting married in May but had to push it back to August and Shayna was great about replacing my original flowers with something that was very similar that was in season. She is affordable and the final product is amazing!

I like to support local businesses, and have received a few orders from here. Unfortunately they have gotten it wrong every time. Forgetting the name of the person that sent me flowers, sending the incorrect item, delivering on the wrong day, delivering to the wrong address. I can look past human error once, maybe twice, but it is really unbelievable to get it wrong every time. If you are looking for floral delivery and think that this is your only option, you are wrong. HyVee delivers to Center Point and I am sure the surrounding small towns as well.
