I am not happy at all with the lack of service I received about my tire warranty. After 3 days of calling they never bothered to look up my information to find out anything and didn't even seem confident in their response to my questions. I will not be returning as a customer in the future.

I inquired about a 23' Ford Platinum Superduty to see if it was available. Within a few minutes Mark called me and confirmed it was available. After a short conversation, I decided to buy it and gave them a deposit. I had conversations with another Mark and Olivia during the process. I had a lot of questions since I was outside of Houston and they are in Iowa. The transport I paid for had a few problems, but the staff went out of their way to make it happen. Everything they told me was spot on. Great experience!

Absolutely amazing how this dealership works together together as a team. Best experience ever!! Brennan was super helpful and patient and lee was able to making signing the Financial paperwork easy and quick. Alex the one manager was knowledgeable and had a answer for all my questions. If you need a new car see this team they are quite impressive. Ps. Connor is another enjoyable manager he is funny please work with him if you want a great deal. He will work with the banks and as hard as possible to get you in a vehicle a dream in the driveway

Since I live local I drove through to see what options they had in their lot, they had me sold on a couple of different vehicles, Austin and Alex really helped explaining everything that would best fit my wants and life style. Came back a second time and Kaden closed the deal they even stayed open way past closing to help me with no rush. Since the purchase they have communicated and helped as well!

I told them i wasn't gonna leave a written review but as i sit down and think how much they truly worked with me, i appreciate it alot! Un like other dealers that i will leave un-named they wanted my business and were very respectful and worked hard for what i wanted. Be warned, false advertised and will try to screw you right in front of your face. After test driving and them looking at our vehicle they showed us a price $5,000 HIGHER than advertised online and what was our trade in allowance , well pretty much none, $500 Really, for our 2013 Buick Enclave. Insulting to say the least. makes for a good story though ? I would never recommend! John, our salesman was nice, he has a tough job if that’s how they do business.

When looking to purchase my first SUV this last June, a friend of mine highly recommended this place! I am so glad that I made the drive from Cedar Falls in order to check it out. Although I ultimately did not end up purchasing my new vehicle here, I did have a wonderful experience. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and upfront, and I did not feel the extreme amount of pressure that you typically would at other dealerships. I will absolutely keep this place in mind when I am in the market for another vehicle, and I look forward to recommending them to my friends and family!

Terrible experience. Shady people. I tried to contact their sales manager, Alex, multiple times per day ready to purchase a new vehicle. He was aware I would be coming in from out of state and needed things to be ready. He negotiated over the phone and then lied about the price of the vehicle and sent me a sales sheet with different numbers. Then sold the vehicle out from under me when I already had plans to pick it up over the weekend and a check in hand.I wasted an entire week of my life trying to get in touch for him, just to be treated like this. Never again. I would not recommend!

I bought a 2019 Ford Edge. I had a great experience with them. Abby was a very professional. She was able to answer my questions about the Edge. She made me feel at home when I pulled in to the lot. They will have all my future business. Thank you very much. Also the rest of the employees were very respectful and pleasant.

Warranty work was done on my Dodge Ram wiring at Sky Auto in Center Point. Instead of replacing with a new harness I now have a tangled mess of bare and melted wiring that could have caused a fire. Have tried to talk with Francis or Alex repeatedly and they will not take or return any messages nor will they acknowledge that they did the work or offer any repair on this. Beware!! This is not who you want to depend on to work on your vehicles

Crazy place. One person working the service and parts dept. The salesman spent more time using the bathroom than anything as I sat there in the waiting area for my oil change watching the same reps going into the restroom every 15 minutes . One sales rep came up to the area I was sitting at and decides to turn the TV on. I was doing just fine with peace and quiet. They had some sort of scam with numbers to a board that only ever gave $5.00 to a customer. I watched many people only get$5.00. then they told the person that they could donate to the food pantry. Total Scam. I don't think I will go back to this disorganized place. Not worth the energy. Either your in the service business or not

Got an advertisement from them that was heavily manipulative - indicated certain prizes or deals but in the fine print said none of that matters if the special code at the top isn't one of the winners. Despite that I was willing to look at potentially getting a vehicle. When I asked about the asking price of their cars, they wouldn't give me one (much like their website, which says "Call Store" for every single car on the site instead of giving a listing price). They only stated that the lowest payments they could work with were $300/mo or more - which isn't even up to them if I go through 3rd party financing.Shadiest experience I've ever had. Will not return.

Abigail was the best saleswoman EVER! She was very kind and was not pushy at all. I took 6 business cards to give away. You need to use her when buying your next vehicle. Not to mention the pricing for vehicles is amazing. Highly recommend!!!

I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion to Sky Auto Mall in March for a power steering wiring harness repair. While I was initially pleased with their prompt scheduling for an inspection, my experience quickly soured. Despite being told the repair would be completed by the end of the day, it took them an entire week to finish the job. This was frustrating, as I was continually given the excuse that they were short-staffed and would get to it the next day.During the inspection, the service department found issues with the front and rear axle seals, as well as the differential seal. I agreed to have these additional repairs done. However, while reassembling the car, the technicians failed to properly tighten and secure all of the undercarriage shields. This oversight led to the shields detaching from the car while I was driving on the highway, causing significant damage to the mounting brackets and components.I brought this issue to the attention of Sky Auto Mall's general manager, Cody Burns, but was met with a dismissive attitude. He claimed that since the repair was done over 30 days ago (it had been exactly 30 days on the day it happened but the service department was closed over the weekend), it couldn't be related to their work. I explained that I don't drive the car often and that one of the bolts had come loose while the other was only hand tight, but he simply responded, "That's not my problem" and pointed me to the door. Furthermore, the dealership refused to even inspect the car to determine what had happened.In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sky Auto Mall. Not only did they take much longer than promised to complete the repairs, but their negligence resulted in further damage to my vehicle. To top it all off, their general manager displayed a complete lack of empathy and concern for my situation. I would not recommend this dealership for any automotive repairs or services.
