Is it not illegal or against company policy to mark a package as delivered but never show up with it until days later?? After Years of dealing with them marking packages as delivered and bringing them way late nothing has changed. They will come up with the dumbest excuses not to do their job. They constantly say they don't have access to mu house because of a fence. I literally have no fence around my front yard and my driveway goes pretty much to my front door. Honestly if after years the same issue is going on either hire more people to deliver or new people. It's absolutely ridiculous you get away with this because you're a governed establishment. Contacting higher ups and filing complaints does absolutely nothing

Mail constantly in wrong box, told dozens of times I'd be called back and never am. Been trying to get questions answered for 3 years now and still have no answers.

Very rude customer service!!! Will never come back worst experience I've ever had! Brian is the worst! And one of their drivers almost ran me over outside. Who hires these people?
