I was here yesterday as I normally buy my decorating supplies all the time. I had gone up front to the cashier. Asked her if she had a key to the bathroom. Her reply was no and the manager's in the back room and we can't get it right now. I had to leave my cart leave Dollar tree to go to the bathroom and come back to pay for my items. My question is, if you are a manager and cannot be disturbed, why would you not make sure that your cashier has availability to the keys for the bathroom and as a cashier saying it nicely would really help. I felt very uncomfortable. Did not appreciate. Being pushed off as no big deal. Listen if you are not going to have a key available for the bathroom. Why even have a restroom? I have spent a lot of money in this store because I do believe in supporting our local small businesses. I guess this business isn't that small but I do expect to be treated. Kindly, I do expect to not have to leave the store to go somewhere else to go to the restroom. I also have bought three $400 worth of items off the internet from Dollar tree. I had six or eight of those items that were broken. I took my receipt. Went back to the store. I was told I would be refunded for those broken items when in fact I was never refunded. When I went back to the store 2 months later I was told you're going to have to take it up with corporate. So I will never buy from this company off of the internet again. And I guess if this is the way I'm going to be treated I will take my business to Osage

Was there last night with hubby and we grabbed a couple of sodas to add to our cart. While at checkout, the checker complained of knee pain and could only roll our sodas as she scanned them, shaking them up in the process. I understand she is in pain and I am not too mad at her(she was provided with a chair). However, there were a few other associates standing around who wouldn't help her and the counter is set up so that it is difficult for a customer to lean over and help. I just think that the employees last night could have stepped up a little and helped her bag. Just saying.
