“My less than 2 year old bipap machine failed on my first night of a nearly 2 week vacation. After returning home, I had a significant head cold when I took the useless machine in for review and was armed for a confrontation. The sales woman took the machine and confirmed it didn’t work. She had a guy come over and explained the issue with him. As I had to leave for an appointment, he told me to return after that. I did and he had a new machine with hose programmed for me to take home. No issues!!!! My internal fire was extinguished by your empathic employees.
