Yikes. The mail carrier keeps getting mine and my neighbor's mail mixed up. Our numbers are right on our front doors so I'm not sure what the issue is. It's pretty ridiculous.

Always sending my packages out days later after receiving them even when the website say they have it and I’m supposed to be receiving it the DAY OF. Don’t understand how I live 5 minutes away and it still takes them 2 extra days to give me my package

I don't like the fact you can't just call and talk to to a human that should answer a phone to ask questions too. You need someone that's actually gonna answer the phone when people call
