“I was very impressed with the customer service and timeliness of the work I had done. The hail damage was completely removed by painless dent repair. I did have to bring my vehicle back twice for a couple of trim pieces that were overlooked or defective, but they were very accommodating.
The repair cost was over estimate but they worked with me.”

“I had a wheel bearing go out driving down the road in town and had to pull over in the bomgaars parking lot. The manager Jessica and Patrick let my 2 boys and me wait there for 45 minutes until my ride showed up. I came back to work on it and had to run to Oriellys a couple different times for parts and they had every thing I needed and just were so helpful and it started to snow while I was fixing it and let me warm up in the store a couple different times! Just a great group of people in that store!”

“Took my car into Carquest Auto Parts - Motor Parts Sales's shop to replace a front fender after a bay bridge issue (I hate that bridge). He was super fast and clean, they even detailed my car, he even found the parts for cheaper than I could find it online. If you need bodywork in OC it'd be foolish to go anywhere else. That's right I said FOOLISH!”
