“I 100% recommend. The staff is super friendly and very easy to work with. Our room was clean and fresh. It was small but was perfect for us. Nice and quiet. If we are in the area and in need of a room they will be the first ones I call.”
“I'll be honest.. wasn't expecting anything great with it being a two star hotel but my room was very clean everything worked perfectly and most importantly the bed was clean, comfortable and the sheets felt fresh! Highly recommend and the staff are also very friendly and helpful. My only complaint though and it won't affect the rating is you can kinda hear people pretty good through the walls lol but it wasn't a issue as it didn't last long.”

Rooms: Nice comfortable beds, room is spacious, quiet & easy to get to the room on 1st floor.
Nearby activities: Spencer fair, visit family in Marcus & Sioux City, Ia
Safety: Good setup. Safe to stay at.”
