I cannot speak on the behalf of sales. This is strictly for service and if I could give it no stars I would. Terrible customer service. Very rude people that just get annoyed when asked about your vehicle. Had it for weeks and had the parts for days and didn’t even touch it when it was scheduled to get in weeks ago. Turn and run from this service department. It’s absolutely atrocious!

First they quoted me 525 ended up being closer to 600 they told me to take a couple days to get the part so I thought it was going to be done last Friday didn't get it back until today so the other things that I needed to do to it I'm in a rush now to get it done we live in a town that's got three parts stores that they could have got the part the same day and probably cheaper other than after quality works good

Holzhauer body shop did a phenomenal job putting my truck back together after $10,000 worth of damage from a deer. Everything looks like new and quick turn around time. Steve and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

I went to the body shop to have a gear fixed in my driver side window so it would roll up and down, only took one day to get the part and less than an hour to get it fixed. It was a number one job they even cleaned the windows and door panel and great bunch of guys

Nice folks. Loaned Me a car when My repairs took longer than expected. I’m sorry…. But to pay $1450 to replace an AC compressor and a pressure sensor is asinine! GM charges $555 for a Compressor that I can buy on Amazon for $150. The other parts were 3X higher as well. Labor was quoted at 3.1 hours. Charged out at $552. Do the math. I know dealers rip you a new one but come on!!! This is ridiculous! Then…. The cherry on the sundae……. If I used a credit card, there was a 3% upcharge. As if charging you triple for a repair wasn’t enough. Sad sad sad

All individuals were very kind and caring of their customers and were willing to walk you through everything clearly and explain and answer any questions in great detail. Very pleased as a customer to have a staff that is very respectful and willing to do anything to help their customers have the best experience.

Had an oil change on my van today. The people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for the oil change, and they checked the tires, filled the windshield washer fluid, and other standard points of inspection. Much appreciated. They even vacuumed the driver's side for mat. Wish they could have vacuumed the passenger side, too, and would've been nice to clean the windows. These were things they used to do in the past, and I really appreciate those extras. But, I also appreciate that the whole thing only took a half hour and it only cost about $40.

Goes above and beyond expectations. With a new/used car for my son we wanted something safe and economical! What a great vehicle we got delivered right to our front door.
