The friendly staff, including helpful front desk personnel, ensures guests feel welcome and accommodated. Rooms are tidy, comfortable, and suitable for a restful night, with some guests noting the beds are especially comfortable. The breakfast is basic but satisfactory, with some suggestions for improvement. The hotel is appreciated for its community-oriented service, exemplified by staff going above and beyond in times of need, such as helping stranded travelers find shelter. While the hotel is only two stories and lacks an elevator, making luggage transport a bit challenging for some, overall, it provides a good place to stay.
