Power tripping locals in a public service role is not a good look. Definitely don't appreciate snotty notes on my mail because they can't be bothered to do their literal job. I've had multiple po boxes across the country and this state alone, and never had these kinds of issues. Do better.

I wanted to find out if my post office was open in another state, but had to go through the main number and wait for nearly an hour for a callback.
