I had set an appointment for alignment and wheal balancing 2 a clock . told the guy I work in clear lake 2nd shift and live 30 miles away.he said we will git it Dunn by 5 for yea I called back at 10 to 5 and they didn't hardly no who I was and it wasn't started on not except able.

Had a screw in my work truck tire. Stopped here to get it repaired. They got me in right away and got me back on the road quickly. Would definitely recommend

The guys at the tire experts are incredible. I’ve been doing business with them for 20 plus years. Doesn’t matter if it’s scheduled maintenance, last minute tire failure, or a new set of tires. These guys never fail on the service side. Price point is always spot on and I would never do business with anyone else.

I was going home after a week long camping and fishing trip at McIntosh woods. I got to Clear Lake, and a tire blew out on my camper. I looked a around, but no spare tire for the camper. I called The Tire Experts, and they sent someone out right away, and replaced the tire. This was fast and professional service! Thank you Tire Experts! Dave Papach.

I called last week and made a appointment for Tuesday the 16th. I told whoever I talked to that I had a car and motorcycle that I wanted to put nitrogen in the tires. We got there. They did the car. When I rolled my bike in some guy came from somewhere and said we're not doing bikes. I asked him why and all he did was repeat himself. No explanation at all. He was a jerk. You have permanently lost a customer. You people should get your stories straight

I had an urgent need to find an auto shop while passing through town with my daughter. We struggled to find an auto shop available but they kindly were able to get us in right away to diagnose the issue. Knowledgeable, honest, and fast. Highly recommend. Thank you for the outstanding service. I am very appreciative coming from an out of town customer.

I was a first time customer willing to give them a shot. Excited to get my tires fixed with them and asked to change my oil also. When I came to pay, I asked a question about the bill, I was not complaining just wondering (which I made clear). The man at the counter didn't feel like explaining, exploded at me and told me to leave. I don't know how you could possibly run a business with such poor customer service. What an unbelievably poor experience for a first time customer, and I was ready to bring them another vehicle!
