“Moving from a large city to rural Iowa had a few drawbacks, one of them being the lack of organic anything (which seems surprising for a farming area) and holistic care. One certified functional medicine doctor in the entire Northern half of the state? Sigh. But I have found this to be a lovely shop, the owner knowledgeable and the supplies useful. Her loose leaf herbs are very reasonable and she carries the typical holistic lineup of supplements. From Magnesium to Elderberry, this is my new go-to and my attempt to choose local over Amazon.
