We were very fortunate to obtain a genetic start for our Mangalitsa nucleus, now known as Mangalitsa Estates. We now have the second largest herd of Mangalitsa pigs in North America , and the demand has for the purebreds has been overwhelming. Developing the pure Mangalitsa herd to supply America’s chefs and families with Mangalitsa Estate's gourmet pork is such a honor.
