The nice lady who answered the phone actually went back to the stock room to make sure they still had the item before I ordered it. Their ad was very clear that being an older item batteries were dead and there was no guarantee it still worked. I took the risk (I'm very happy to say the item worked as expected upon replacing the batteries). The item was here in about a week, in perfect condition and neatly packaged. I couldn't be happier with a small business. It can be scary buying online, especially from a little company you've never heard of. But the customer service and everything from start to finish was wonderful. I imagine we will shop here again.”
