“My 2013 RAM 1500 Express Crewcab was in a fender-bender a few months back. I took it to Billion Collison for the repair and body work. They kept the truck for one week, and returned it to me in great condition. The repairs were done, repaint looks flawless, and they cleaned the inside and outside! That last part was such a pleasure. It felt great getting back in my truck. It was repaired, clean, and gleaned! Thank you Janice, Tina, and your whole team of body repair specialists!”
“I went in the afternoon to get a replacement key for my truck. The staff were really friendly and the bathroom was super clean.
The appointment took 2x as long as they originally told me but that was okay.
The waiting room was comfortable but they only had complimentary coffee. Most dealerships I’ve been too offer water and snacks due to such a long wait typically. There were vending machines you could have used.”
“Very friendly, chill guy, Bob calls promptly when services are done; I waited for my ordered tires to come in and be replaced. No "upsales" he does what services you ask for. He has a dog that hangs out with him at the shop; love him, very adorable, helps the time go by as I waited for my oil change to be done; on another occasion.Services: Oil change”

“Excellent service department, I'm from out of town and I was working a 12 hour nite shift when I was driving back to hotel in morning and my check engine light came on. I went to service department a 1/2 hour before they opened and met service manager Todd in the parking lot as he was coming into work,I explained my situation and he said no problem we will get you in right away... I really needed to get it looked at so I could get some sleep before my nite shift..they got me in and on my way all taken care of in 10 min... no appointment, before they opened and Todd was nothing but courteous, professional ! the service tech that took care of my issue was awesome as well ! They went above and beyond for customer service which is hard to come by these days ! and especially for someone who was really tired ?”

“Not sure where to start, but. Started taking our cars back here maybe about a year and a half two years ago. Since then this is my go to place for any of my vehicle issues, I've even gotten extended family hooked as well. Professionalism, knowledge, atmosphere, and quality of work have been great. Prices are fair I suppose. I don't think I've been upset by a quote really. Me specifically, once I have anything diagnosed and repaired, it stays repaired lol. I'm just happy to finally have a place I can trust to take my vehicles again. I do wish they offered more specialized services but that's just me being picky or spoiled.”
