“I brought my car here because my car wouldn’t start. I knew I had a major oil leak and evap leak. I took my car to autozone prior to test battery and it passed. I had an inspection done here and I was told I needed my upper oil pan and valve gasket replaced, I needed new tie rods, and a new battery. Working 13 days straight and Sundays off I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I agreed to get it fixed. This shop had great customer service and fast service (fixed my car fast). The cons were their shop hours weren’t very convenient (8-5 Monday through Friday only) and prices were very expensive. Also, my car was given to me with another problem (it was hopping and skipping when driven) . I called them and they said they found that my wheel bearing was very bad. I believe that could have been told to me at the initial inspection, but who am I, not a damn mechanic. I decided to get it fixed elsewhere, because I was on the way to Texas and I needed a warranty back at home.
Other than the prices being high, Shelby the front desk receptionist was pretty great actually, I also spoke to Kyle he was pretty thorough.”
“10/10. Downtown Auto went above and beyond to help us get rid of an old derelict RV stuck in a back yard. They were super responsive and used creative winching techniques to get that thing moving - all for a fair price. Couldn’t thank them enough!”

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was in an accident and had my car repaired at Billion. I just picked up my car and it had a huge brown stain all over the passenger seat. I went back in and told them. They came back out to clean it but because the seating is similar to leather, wiping it off just got into the little holes.
I called them back about it and have to drop it back off but it's pretty frustrating that any of the employees that were in it originally without any stains and then getting back in didn't address it before giving it back. Also, why wouldn't they take good care of my car anyways while it'a in their possession? And there was no apologies for it happening or inconvenience.”
“Truth be told, I’ve been pretty lost when it comes to car issues since losing my father. Roger at Armstrong Auto has truly been my saving grace since then.
He does quality work at reasonable prices, and more importantly, he’s honest. He’s never tried to deceive me or push unnecessary work just to make money, and that kind of trust is hard to find.
I’m a big believer in giving credit where it’s due, and Roger absolutely deserves the shoutout.”
“I was having engine misfires and they got my car in right away to replace ignition coils and spark plugs. They also helped me with finding a tow truck when my car was not drivable. They then did follow up work for stalling issues. The staff at Muncks did a great job at a very reasonable price. They were very responsive and updated me about my car quickly. “Not sure where to start, but. Started taking our cars back here maybe about a year and a half two years ago. Since then this is my go to place for any of my vehicle issues, I've even gotten extended family hooked as well. Professionalism, knowledge, atmosphere, and quality of work have been great. Prices are fair I suppose. I don't think I've been upset by a quote really. Me specifically, once I have anything diagnosed and repaired, it stays repaired lol. I'm just happy to finally have a place I can trust to take my vehicles again. I do wish they offered more specialized services but that's just me being picky or spoiled.”

“Excellent service department, I'm from out of town and I was working a 12 hour nite shift when I was driving back to hotel in morning and my check engine light came on. I went to service department a 1/2 hour before they opened and met service manager Todd in the parking lot as he was coming into work,I explained my situation and he said no problem we will get you in right away... I really needed to get it looked at so I could get some sleep before my nite shift..they got me in and on my way all taken care of in 10 min... no appointment, before they opened and Todd was nothing but courteous, professional ! the service tech that took care of my issue was awesome as well ! They went above and beyond for customer service which is hard to come by these days ! and especially for someone who was really tired ?”
