“I had a little mishap and needed a tow. Was given a wait time of 90-120 minutes but they arrived in under 30. The people in the tow truck were more friendly than I could have hoped for. They offered me a ride to the shop and when I turned them down because my wife was almost there they checked to see if I needed the car seat in the back. They dealt with the insurance company on my behalf and explained everything I needed to know. I couldn't have been more pleased with the bad situation I was in.”
