Ordered a taco pizza tonight for take-out. Several workers were standing outside, on the far side of the parking lot, obviously on a break. I went into the store and over to the kitchen area to order a pizza. There was a young lady who seemed to be new, and a man who told me that 'they're on break and will be back in a few minutes'. I stopped just short of asking him why HE couldn't take my order. I headed back out to my truck, and told the two workers that I wanted to order a pizza. One of the workers said that 'Grandpa' doesn't know how to take pizza orders. I thought, 'What's he taking up space in the kitchen for, then'?
I managed to get my order in, and was told '15 minutes', then, 'a half-hour'. There were NO pizza slices in the rotating warmer. I don't know if it was out of order, but if it WAS, there should've been a sign to let folks know.
Another young lady, the main cashier, seemed very depressed and borderline angry. The store, in general, was quite a mess. Fixed myself a fountain drink and had to navigate spilled lids and various OTHER trash. The lid dispensers were grimy, as was the counter, and the 'Sprite' needed to be swapped out, or whatever they do to refill it.
Evidently, there's a pizza special on Saturdays. Nobody brought this to my attention. When I got home, there were NO sauce packets in the pizza box, either. I ate a few slices of pizza, although it was nothing special.
I won't be back.

Lady rude asked if I wanted to round up basically under her breath. I didn’t respond fast enough I guess and then just starts shaking her head. lol don’t be mad at me because you don’t like your job

Being right down the road from my house makes Caseys a very convenient gas station. The prices are fairly decent but unfortunately, aside from the pizza, the food has taken a turn for the worst over the last 5 years. There's never enough doughnuts and no options, the warmer is always short, etc. Caseys can't keep the same workers anymore to save their life. It used to be the same people for years, now it's a new one every month or so.

I like the taste of the pizza. But $3.42 for one slice is absolutely crazy! Cannot justify that.

Place is terrible overall. No communication, terrible costumer service. Ignoring the phone. Seems like the store manager is not doing her job. Doesn’t care. If I could give this place a zero star, I would.

Sat Aug 24th 2024. Put in an order for a breakfast pizza and was given a pickup time. Show up at pickup time and the pizza hasn't even been started, and the 2 people behind the pickup counter are just standing there talking about how they have too much stuff to do, while not doing anything. This is the third time this has happened. Ended up finally getting my pizza 15 minutes later, the lady gave me a very apathetic "sorry" and went back to ignoring me. Young guy at the cash register was very nice.

Terrible . I was waiting in line for like 15 minutes because of the cashiers terrible communication skills. When I'm finally next, she tells me that I can not pay with cash. Wasted my time for nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I go here every morning and have amazing service. Even when they are backed up. They try their hardest. 3x I have gone there and Stephanie has been on the registers by herself, doing a great job, today when there she had to help a customer with the gas pump, then help another employee with a register issue, and not once did she get stressed out or overwhelmed!
