Mary Temple and Steve Clement have gone beyond their banking titles to help myself and my children in a very personal situation. Working within the finance business takes more than a math and computer degree. The staff at this bank work as a cohesive team to provide top quality banking services to our community. I could not recommend them more if you need a new banking option. Added positive, their operator who directs their calls at main branch, Marilyn Fee, has a lovely soothing voice and could perform asmr YouTube videos to help relax you in a financial crisis. So, that's an awesome added benefit of services they provide as a locally owned banking institution.

I joined this bank, almost 20 years ago. I was 19 and new to the area. There was typically friendly smiles and helpful people within reach. Lori with a raspy voice and the mouth of a sailor, followed with a grin only the devil could mock. Amanda, the total opposite, quiet reserved and not one for being extremely animated, but never the less a wonderful person and pleasure to be around. These are the people why I join and stayed. After my divorce I ultimately filed bankruptcy and included this bank. It was a true loss considering the relationship I had with these people at the bank. After I straightened up my finances they helped me with an account. Now I'm genuinely touched. Many years had passed with warm welcomes and casual conversation until recently. Four Seasons car wash was sold out and fraudulently taking funds from accounts knowing they had sold out. I was passed from person to person in operations with no luck and feeling cheated out at this point. I used profanity on several occasions because that's how I express myself but never once towards a staff member. After all, I consider them friends not foes. I was shortly informed that my account of years and years was shut down effectively immediately with no response until the following day. I now have US Bank and really enjoy the app. It's very user friendly and super easy to do bill pay with. I look forward to my experiences with US Bank.

Always friendly and helpful staff. They can print debit cards right at their location. No more waiting weeks for them to come by mail like at other places.
