I was visiting the area and had an unexpected issue come up with my Jeep. Even though I was not a returning customer and did not purchase my vehicle from Clinton Auto Group, their team went above and beyond to help me. The service department was technically closed for the weekend, yet they still took the time to take a look at my Jeep and make sure it was safe to drive. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help gave me the confidence I needed to get back on the road and drive home safely. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and genuine care — it says a lot about the kind of people and culture they have at Clinton Auto Group. Highly recommend.

After buying my spare car key online. I went to Clinton Auto Group to get my spare car key programmed. Jacob Fratzke the service writer and the dog Bounce were very helpful. That was a good $99.17 spent both online shopping and Clinton Auto Group.

Service department is horrible to women customers. Girlfriend has been lied to non stop to by everyone that works there. Definitely would not recommend anyone going there.

I had a major problem with the engine, and I wanted to know if it was worth fixing. Todd said he thought I'd probably get another 100,000 miles. So there was no high pressure to buy a new vehicle. My 2014 town and country is running very well now and I couldn't be more pleased. Now Todd, we'll see how close to right you are. Lol

I been Dealing with Justin in service department what a wonderful gentleman I had a big issue on my car and he came threw for me and he listened to me I couldn’t ask for abetter person to talk to and get things resolved in a short time he new what I was going threw being without a vehicle Thank you Justin keep doing that awesome job in the service department
