I have been with Collis Inc. 19yrs. H.R has always worked with me when my husband had Medical problems. The people bashing the attendance policy are most likely the ones that didn't come to work and abused the policy.

I lost my father and lost my job due to the mental strain of the situation and fired me for leaving work on a bad day when i wasn't even clocked in. The people that work the floor are amazing people, management is uncaring and ignorant to lifes real problems.. They dont care about appointments, and you get attendance point even if you return with a doctors note. Again, there are great people here, but the ones in charge could care less about you or your problems. They play favorites, depending on who you are they might work with you, just depends if they are desperate to keep you.

These guys hired my boyfriend and I early 2017 and fired me for getting extremely sick from the chemicals there and fired my boyfriend because he had a family emergency to where his mother had to have emergency surgery. On top of this, I am still currently waiting for a W2 from them and they have not answered my calls and are avoiding me deliberately.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life! They misquoted their prices and took forever to complete the work I paid for. When I asked about the progress on my work, they gave me the run around. Mike Palmer was the worst of the bunch. His conduct was so unprofessional it is a wonder why he has not been fired! Do not use this service! It is one of the worst companies you will deal with.
