Poor customer service! Lady was on phone and had to wait for a few minutes to check out which was no biggie. Lady was still on phone while checking us out still no biggie. But when the debit machine was froze and I say it not doing anything she replies I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Then she proceeds to tell whoever she was talking to that she had to go because she had to check people out. As a store manager She has no customer service at least not good with people or the people she was talking to on the phone she was complaining about her workers and how she had to keep certain people out on the floor cause they can’t handle the registers or anything else

I love my local Dollar General. It's convenient, priced comparably to the grocery stores and a whole bunch handier. Also you don't have to chase an employee down to hopefully have knowledge enough to assist you correctly(Walmart) the staff is prepared to assist you on request. Dollar General has a little bit of everything health and beauty, household items, bathroom needs, frozen and shelf foods, canned food and drinks galore plus much, much more. I would recommend Dollar General to 10 out of 10 people if asked. 100%

Honestly I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady working. Her costumer service was amazing. I had tons of stuff in my cart, she was on the phone with costumer service for her own technical difficulties. She went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The best DG experience I've had.
