I was there on 5/23/23 at 8:11am The employee Tonya was working and she went above and beyond her duties. She was one of the best employees I have ever experienced. Her attitude, good natured, friendly, upbeat and just an overall wonderful person. I think she needs recognition for this.

The fat blonde you have working on the register was extremely rude. I asked a question about a digital coupon, and she reponded, "I don't know, i just work here." If you don't like working in customer service, find a different job. Gave 4 stars because the male store manager working was absolutely amazing. He was super helpful.

The store was very busy and only 1cashier. Only 1 employee in the whole store.A Saturday afternoon it was very busy it's the first of the month so people are getting paid and not only that it's Labor Day weekend there should have been other employees there I know everyone's short-handed right now but really?? The one cashier cannot possibly help everyone in the store and help with loss prevention. Just my opinion. .

Love the items they have, and their merchandise is good value, employees are nice, and its close to marko home. I would say they need to make it into a bigger store a lot of their stock is sitting in their isles sometimes hard to maneuver through it's the only thing I can say as a negative point of view but I really do love this store...they Just need to make it a little bigger .

One of the worst stores I have ever been in.If you piled the product from shelves against stock sitting on racks, stock from aisles would drown rest. You have to turn sideways to get thru. Absolutely disgusting! Won't go to that store again ever.

They sell quite a bit of items that my family and I need and want, but they only sell about half of our shopping list, have to go other places to buy what is needed. Not convenient

SO crowded with so much inventory still in boxes in middle of all the aisles. Love DG but hiring someone to help catch them up should be a priority. And that's what I've found with ALL of their stores in my area.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. My girlfriend and I had a shopping cart full of items ($100+) as we were walking though the store the STORE MANAGER approached us asking if we needed help (Taking a hard look in our cart to see what we had) we kindly said no and she went on her way. A little while later she came back again and asked if we needed help. When we said no again she proceeded to make rude comments to CUSTOMERS AND STAFF about us then accused us of being thieves! I cannot believe how rude and disrespectful. Then when we asked why she was following us around she told us to leave the store. This is no way to conduct yourself in public or In a business. especially being the manager. Wow. Unbelievable. That’s what a manager acts like??

The isles were crowded with stock that had not been put on shelves. This is the case no matter which of the 4 dollar general stores I go to in my town. Hard to get to the things i plan to buy.

Every time i go into a dollar general they have stocking carts everywhere!!!!! You can hardly get around the place and if i was to bring my lady in who has a walker it is impossible for her to get around and i believe its hazardous to others anyway. So frustrating

I went to family dollars very clean again the same thing as farm and fleet.Sadly employees were alarmed to be facing danger, they were very nervous and figidingSo noticeably, I'm sorry FAMILY dollar employees but I'm not any danger to anyone,who ever CONTACTING them should be known and Agkowleged their credentials for future lawful reasons .JUST in case .some places or their employees have been accumulated documentaries heard through the grapevine.

We stopped in to see the new location and grab some items, upon checking out we were greeted with a very rude and disrespectful woman with the name tag "Amber" I've worked in custom service for 20+ years and I have never treated a customer like she treated us. I was getting cigarettes along with my other purchases when she assumed I was buying them for the lady behind me! Why? I have no idea. The person behind me had her ID as well so to assume that a customer is breaking the law is unacceptable but her attitude from the start was poor and uncalled for. I would suggest talking to her about her customer service skills and work with her daily until she can get it down, having a employee like this at a new location is and will be bad for business in the long run. There are to many other locations available in town to be treated like this! Would not recommend!
